Abstract

A clamping handle device includes a clamp body with pivotally connected first and second clamping portions biased by a torsion spring towards a closed position. The clamp body defines a clamping mouth on the opposite side of the torsion spring. First and second handles slide relative to the clamping body and positioned on opposite sides of the clamping mouth. Each handle has hinged first and second handheld portions. The second handheld portions can be rotated to separate the ends of the first and second clamping portions to open the clamping mouth. The clamping handle device is integrated into a carrying bag with detachable sidewalls, and also functions as an electronic device stand.

Claims

2 . The clamping handle device according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping body comprises:
a first clamping portion; a second clamping portion hingedly coupled to the first clamping portion by a pivot shaft; a torsion spring disposed on the pivot shaft, with two ends respectively abutting against the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion; wherein the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion each include an end positioned away from the pivot shaft, and the two ends collectively define the clamping mouth.

3 . The clamping handle device according to claim 2 , wherein the first handle is slidably engaged with the first clamping portion, and the second handle is slidably engaged with the second clamping portion.

4 . The clamping handle device according to claim 2 , wherein in a direction extending from the clamping mouth towards the pivot shaft, a distance between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion first increases and then subsequently decreases.

5 . The clamping handle device according to claim 4 , wherein:
the first clamping portion defines two through-holes; the first handle is slidably disposed through both of through-holes and configured to reciprocate within the through-holes; and the second handle is connected to the second clamping portion in a manner identical to the connection between the first handle and the first clamping portion.

6 . The clamping handle device according to claim 1 , wherein:
In the same handle, the first handheld portion comprises two first rods and a first connection section disposed between and connected to the two first rods; and the second handheld portion comprises two second rods and a second connection section disposed between and connected to the two second rods; wherein the first rod is pivotally coupled to the second rod in a one-to-one correspondence, and each cooperative set of the first rod and the second rod is slidably coupled to the clamping body through at least one hole.

7 . The clamping handle device according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first handheld portion extends out of the clamping body on a side distal from the clamping mouth; and/or the second handheld portion extends out of the clamping body on a side adjacent to the clamping mouth.

8 . The clamping handle device according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion each comprise an additional section; the additional section is disposed at the side of the respective clamping portion adjacent to the clamping mouth; and the additional sections are configured to contact each other when the clamping mouth is closed.

9 . The clamping handle device according to claim 1 , wherein the first handheld portion and the second handheld portion are hingedly coupled about a hinge joint.

10 . The clamping handle device according to claim 9 , wherein:
when the second handheld portion is rotated in a direction away from the clamping mouth and contacts the clamping body, a distal end of the first handheld portion, located away from the hinge joint, is positioned lower than the distal end of the second handheld portion, located away from the hinge joint.

11 . The clamping handle device according to claim 9 , wherein:
the handle component is operable in a first configuration, wherein: each of the hinge joints of the handle component, is outside the clamping body on the side adjacent to the clamping mouth; and each of the second handheld portions is rotated in a direction away from the clamping mouth to open the clamping mouth.

12 . The clamping handle device according to claim 2 , wherein:
the handle component is operable in a second configuration, the torsion spring biases the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion towards the closed position of the clamping mouth.

13 . A carrying bag, comprising, a bag body and the clamping handle device of claim 1 , wherein the clamping handle device is removably disposed to the bag body.

14 . The carrying bag according to claim 13 , wherein:
the bag body defines an opening and includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall on opposite sides of the opening; wherein the first sidewall and the second sidewall are removably coupled adjacent to the opening.

15 . The carrying bag according to claim 14 , wherein:
