Vape Pen Case

Abstract

A vaping pen protection device is disclosed for protecting a vaping pen or device from accidental damage. The vaping pen protection device comprises a body component that can be of any cross section or size that fits an existing vaping pen, and a release feature built into the body, designed to attach and detach from the vaping pen when the pen is inserted. The device also comprises a cap designed to attach to the body in a secure manner, but still enable the user to remove when desired. The cap can also be any cross section or size desired to fit over an existing vaping pen mouthpiece.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A vape pen protection device comprising:
 a body;   a cap; and   a release;   wherein said body having a body closed end and a body open end;   wherein said cap having a cap closed end and a cap open end;   wherein said body and said cap are cylindrical for fitting snugly around the vape pen;   wherein said release having a selective attachment means between said cap and said body;   wherein said selective attachment means selected from the group consisting of a snap fit, a magnetic attachment, and a flip top; and   further wherein said body having a cushioning sleeve lining an interior of said body for protecting the vape pen secured therein.   
     
     
         2 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 1 , wherein said body and said cap having a material of metal. 
     
     
         3 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 2 , wherein the vaping pen is frictionally retained in said body. 
     
     
         4 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 3 , wherein said cap having a cap male portion at said cap open end and said body having a body female portion at said body open end, and further wherein said cap male portion frictionally engaged with said body female portion. 
     
     
         5 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 4 , wherein said selective attachment means is pressure releasable to release said cap from said body under pressure from the vape pen. 
     
     
         6 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 3 , wherein said body having an actuation button for releasing the vape pen from said body. 
     
     
         7 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 1 , wherein said body having an actuation button for releasing the vape pen from said body. 
     
     
         8 . A vape pen protection device comprising:
 a body;   a cap; and   a release;   wherein said body having a body closed end and a body open end;   wherein said cap having a cap closed end and a cap open end;   wherein said body and said cap are cylindrical for fitting snugly around the vape pen;   wherein said release having a selective attachment means between said cap and said body; and   wherein said body having a cushioning sleeve lining an interior of said body for protecting the vape pen secured therein.   
     
     
         9 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 8 , wherein said cap having a cap male portion at said cap open end and said body having a body female portion at said body open end, and further wherein said cap male portion frictionally engaged with said body female portion. 
     
     
         10 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 9 , wherein said selective attachment means selected from the group consisting of a snap fit, a magnetic attachment, and a flip top. 
     
     
         11 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 10 , wherein said selective attachment means is pressure releasable to release said cap male portion from said body female portion. 
     
     
         12 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 10 , wherein said body having an actuation button for releasing the vape pen from said body. 
     
     
         13 . The vape pen protection device of  claim 11 , wherein said body having an actuation button for releasing the vape pen from said body. 
     
     
         14 . A vape pen protection device for a vape pen comprising:
 a vape pen having a mouthpiece;   a vape pen protection device having a body, a cap, and a release;   wherein said body having a body closed end and a body open end;   wherein said cap having a cap closed end and a cap open end;   wherein said body and said cap are cylindrical for fitting snugly around said vape pen;   wherein said mouthpiece extending out of said body open end;   wherein said cap selectively fitting over said mouthpiece;   wherein said release having a selective attachment means between said cap and said body;   wherein said selective attachment means selected from the group consisting of a snap fit, a magnetic attachment, and a flip top; and   further wherein said body having a cushioning sleeve lining an interior of said body for protecting said vape pen secured therein.   
     
     
         15 . The vape pen protection device for a vape pen of  claim 14 , wherein said body and said cap having a material of metal. 
     
     
         16 . The vape pen protection device for a vape pen of  claim 15 , wherein said vaping pen is frictionally retained in said body. 
     
     
         17 . The vape pen protection device for a vape pen of  claim 16 , wherein said cap having a cap male portion at said cap open end and said body having a body female portion at said body open end, and further wherein said cap male portion frictionally engaged with said body female portion. 
     
     
         18 . The vape pen protection device for a vape pen of  claim 17 , wherein said selective attachment means is pressure releasable to release said cap from said body under pressure from said vape pen. 
     
     
         19 . The vape pen protection device for a vape pen of  claim 16 , wherein said body having an actuation button for releasing said vape pen from said body. 
     
     
         20 . The vape pen protection device for a vape pen of  claim 14 , wherein said body having an actuation button for releasing said vape pen from said body.
