 said rear assembly is configured to connect to said left arm and said right arm; and
 said multi-function toilet device is configured to remain in an upright position when engaged by said left torsion spring and said right torsion spring and configured to maintain position of said left arm, right arm, said left leg, said right leg, and said step.

         2 . The multi-function toilet seat device of claim 1 , wherein said knockdown mechanism is configured to rotate along said left torsion spring and said right torsion spring to allow a user to lower said toddler seat, said left arm, and said right arm into an expanded position.

         3 . The multi-function toilet seat device of claim 1 , wherein said step is configured to be adjusted by removing said plurality of adjustment bolts.

         4 . The multi-function toilet seat device of claim 1 , wherein said adult seat is magnetically aligned to said toddler seat, and said toddler seat is magnetically aligned to said seat lid.

         5 . The multi-function toilet device is claim 1 , wherein said left leg and said right leg are always held in upright vertical position by utilizing a right-side pivot bolt and left side pivot bolt configured to connect a left leg interior slot and a right leg interior slot to a left U-connector and a right U-connector.

         6 . The multi-function toilet device is claim 1 , wherein said left leg and right leg are configured to dangle on collapsed position and occupy minimal space by resting flush next to said left arm and said right arm when in collapsed state.

         7 . A multi-function toilet seat device comprising:
 i. a toddler seat; ii. an adult seat; iii. seat lid; iv. a left arm and a right arm; V. a left handle and a right handle; vi. a left leg and a right leg; vii. a step, wherein said step comprises a plurality of left side holes, a plurality of right-side holes and a plurality of step adjustment bolts; viii. a hinge block, wherein said hinge block is configured to connect to said toddler seat, said adult seat, and said seat lid; ix. a rear assembly; X. a knockdown mechanism; xi. a left arm quick release; xii. a right arm quick release; and xiii. a left torsion spring and a right torsion spring; wherein:
 said left arm and said right arm are configured to connect to said step, said left leg and said right leg;
 said left handle and said right handle are configured to serve as handhold safety measures for a user;
 said toddler seat and said adult seat are attached to said hinge block;
 said rear assembly is configured to connect to said left arm and said right arm; and
 said multi-function toilet device is configured to remain in a collapsed position when engaged by said left torsion spring and said right torsion spring and configured to maintain position of said left arm, right arm, said left leg, said right leg, and said step.

         8 . The multi-function toilet seat device of claim 7 , wherein said knockdown mechanism is configured to rotate along said left torsion spring and said right torsion spring to allow a user to lower said toddler seat, said left arm, and said right arm into an expanded position.

         9 . The multi-function toilet seat device of claim 7 , wherein said step is configured to be adjusted by removing said plurality of adjustment bolts.

         10 . The multi-function toilet seat device of claim 7 , wherein said adult seat is magnetically aligned to said toddler seat, and said toddler seat is magnetically aligned to said seat lid.

         11 . The multi-function toilet device is claim 7 , wherein said left leg and said right leg are always held in upright vertical position by utilizing a right-side pivot bolt and left side pivot bolt configured to connect a left leg interior slot and a right leg interior slot to a left U-connector and a right U-connector.

         12 . The multi-function toilet device is claim 7 , wherein said left leg and right leg are configured to dangle on collapsed position and occupy minimal space by resting flush next to said left arm and said right arm when in collapsed state.

         13 . A method of transitioning a multi-function toilet seat device for adult use from an expanded state to a collapsed state, said method comprising the steps of:
 i. engaging one component to initiate movement of said toilet ladder device, wherein said one component is selected from a step, a left arm, a right arm, a left handle, and a right handle; ii. positioning said right arm and said left arm into a perpendicular position relative to a base surface; iii. causing a tightened position of a right torsion spring associated with said right arm and a tightened position of a left torsion spring associated with said left arm; iv. moving a toddler seat of said toilet ladder device toward a seat lid, whereby a set of magnets integrated with said toddler seat engage with a corresponding set of magnets on said seat lid to hold said toddler seat in an engaged position; and v. yielding said multi-function toilet device in an upright collapsed position.

         14 . A method of transitioning a multi-function toilet device for child use from a collapsed state to an expanded state, comprising the steps of:
 i. pulling a child left easy grip or child right easy grip away from the toilet tank in the direction toward the bowl; ii. rotating the rear assembly and knockdown mechanism to contact the toddler seat; iii. disengaging a set of magnets integrated with said toddler seat from a corresponding set of magnets located on the toddler seat lid; iv. allowing a toddler seat hinge pin dampener to slowly lower said lid to contact the adult seat; and v. yielding said multi-function toilet device in an expanded position.
