Ergonomic Rucksack for Enhanced Full-Body Workouts

Abstract

The present disclosure pertains to an exercise rucksack designed to facilitate a variety of physical fitness routines. The rucksack includes a base, a top spaced from the base, lateral sides extending from the base toward the top, and a front panel coupled to the base featuring a handle for farmers carry exercises. A back panel is coupled to the base, the top, and the lateral sides, equipped with an interior and an exterior side. The rucksack incorporates at least one pocket assembly on the back panel's interior side, structured to securely hold a weight plate and a water bladder within distinct compartments, each with a closure mechanism. Shoulder straps are provided for wearing stability. The rucksack is further enhanced with multiple handles positioned on either side at the top for varied carrying options, supporting a wide range of exercises and user convenience.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An exercise rucksack, comprising:
 a base and a top spaced from the base;   lateral sides extending from the base toward the top;   a front panel coupled to the base, the front panel including a handle configured for facilitating farmers carry exercises;   a back panel coupled to the base, the top, and the lateral sides, the back panel having an exterior side, an interior side opposite the exterior side, a height that extends from the base to the top, and a width that is perpendicular to the height;   at least one pocket assembly coupled to the interior side of the back panel, the pocket assembly designed to securely hold a weight plate and a water bladder within distinct compartments, each compartment having a closure mechanism;   shoulder straps configured to secure the rucksack to a wearer;   wherein the rucksack further comprises two or more handles positioned on either side at the top of the rucksack for varied carrying options.   
     
     
         2 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the back panel further includes a cushioned portion on the exterior side for user comfort. 
     
     
         3 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 2 , wherein the cushioned portion is formed of a different, more breathable material. 
     
     
         4 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the front panel further includes a large reflective patch positioned on the exterior for visibility. 
     
     
         5 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the reflective patch on the back panel is triangular in shape, designed to improve visibility and safety of the wearer in low-light conditions. 
     
     
         6 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , further comprising a sternum strap removably coupled to the shoulder straps and configured to be selectively clasped for wearer stability. 
     
     
         7 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the material comprising the rucksack is ballistic nylon. 
     
     
         8 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , further comprising waterproof zippers for the closure and the compartments. 
     
     
         9 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the shoulder straps include pull cords to release tension, allowing for quick and easy adjustment. 
     
     
         10 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the interior pocket specifically designed for holding a weight plate is dimensioned to securely accommodate standard size weight plates used in physical fitness routines. 
     
     
         11 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , wherein the compartment for a water bladder is equipped with an outlet port for a hydration tube, facilitating easy access to hydration without the need to open the rucksack. 
     
     
         12 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , further comprising a hip belt configured for distributing the weight load more evenly across the wearer's body. 
     
     
         13 . The exercise rucksack of  claim 1 , further comprising a label indicating the wearer's level within a levelling system.
