Abstract
A men's undergarment consisting of a torso-encircling waistband attached to a single panel of fabric with the wider portion affixed at the back of the waistband, then narrowing between the legs before re-attaching at the front of the waistband to form the brief. A line of stitching spans the narrow panel from thigh to thigh. The front portion of the garment includes a sleeve formation with a soft, piped opening through which the penis extends. A wide, exterior panel drapes loosely from the waistband covering the front opening and shielding the penis.

1 . An undergarment for a male wearer, comprising:
a torso-encircling garment, of which the body of the garment is shaped from a single piece of

a genital opening in the front portion of the torso-encircling garment; and thin elastic lining the outer edges of the fabric from the widest portion, through
the narrow portion, and continuing on either side of the opening to the narrow top edge; and
a line of stitching across the narrow portion traverses the thin elastic along the outer edges;
and
a fabric panel attached from the waistband of the torso-encircling garment covers the opening and extends down to form the front portion of the garment; and a fabric trim piece (piping) lines the opening; and an elastic waistband affixed at the top completes torso-encircling garment.
