Rehydration device
Abstract
A rehydration device configured to be placed in a storage box is described. The rehydration device includes a top part and a bottom part. The top part may include a top body portion and a top part edge, and the bottom part may include a bottom body portion and a bottom part edge. The top part and the bottom part may removably couple with each other. The top part edge and the bottom part edge may face each other when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other. The rehydration device may further include a woven hemp fabric configured to be enclosed within the top part and the bottom part when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other. The woven hemp fabric may release water vapors to maintain a predefined humidity level in the storage box.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedThat which is claimed is:
1 . A rehydration device comprising:
a top part comprising a top body portion and a top part edge; a bottom part comprising a bottom body portion and a bottom part edge, wherein:
the top part and the bottom part are configured to be removably coupled with each other, and
the top part edge and the bottom part edge face each other when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other; and
a woven hemp fabric configured to be enclosed within the top part and the bottom part when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other, wherein the woven hemp fabric is configured to release water vapors to maintain a predefined humidity level in a storage container that is configured to receive the rehydration device.
2 . The rehydration device of claim 1 , wherein the top part edge comprises a protrusion and the bottom part edge comprises a cavity, and wherein the top part and the bottom part are configured to couple with each other via the protrusion and the cavity.
3 . The rehydration device of claim 2 , wherein the top part and the bottom part are configured to couple with each other in an air-tight manner by using the protrusion and the cavity.
4 . The rehydration device of claim 1 further comprising a set of through-holes.
5 . The rehydration device of claim 4 , wherein the set of through-holes is located in the top body portion.
6 . The rehydration device of claim 4 , wherein the set of through-holes is located in the bottom body portion.
7 . The rehydration device of claim 4 , wherein the set of through-holes is configured to enable a flow of the water vapors released from the woven hemp fabric out of the rehydration device, to maintain the predefined humidity level in the storage container.
8 . The rehydration device of claim 1 , wherein the top body portion comprises a top body interior portion and a top body exterior portion, wherein the bottom body portion comprises a bottom body interior portion and a bottom body exterior portion, and wherein the woven hemp fabric is enclosed within the top body interior portion and the bottom body interior portion.
9 . The rehydration device of claim 8 further comprising one or more retention components configured to retain the woven hemp fabric within the top body interior portion and the bottom body interior portion.
10 . The rehydration device of claim 9 wherein the one or more retention components comprises securing pins or barbs.
11 . The rehydration device of claim 9 , wherein the one or more retention components are located in the bottom body interior portion.
12 . The rehydration device of claim 9 , wherein the one or more retention components are located in the top body interior portion.
13 . The rehydration device of claim 1 , wherein the woven hemp fabric is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
14 . A rehydration device comprising:
a top part comprising a top body portion and a top part edge; a bottom part comprising a bottom body portion and a bottom part edge, wherein:
the top part and the bottom part are configured to be removably coupled with each other,
the top part edge and the bottom part edge face each other when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other,
the top part edge comprises a protrusion and the bottom part edge comprises a cavity, and
the top part and the bottom part are configured to couple with each other via the protrusion and the cavity; and
a woven hemp fabric configured to be enclosed within the top part and the bottom part when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other, wherein the woven hemp fabric is configured to release water vapors to maintain a predefined humidity level in a storage container that is configured to receive the rehydration device.
15 . The rehydration device of claim 14 further comprising a set of through-holes.
16 . The rehydration device of claim 15 , wherein the set of through-holes is located in the top body portion.
17 . The rehydration device of claim 15 , wherein the set of through-holes is located in the bottom body portion.
18 . The rehydration device of claim 15 , wherein the set of through-holes is configured to enable a flow of the water vapors released from the woven hemp fabric out of the rehydration device, to maintain the predefined humidity level in the storage container.
19 . The rehydration device of claim 14 , wherein the woven hemp fabric is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
20 . A rehydration device comprising:
a top part comprising a top body portion and a top part edge; a bottom part comprising a bottom body portion and a bottom part edge, wherein:
the top part and the bottom part are configured to be removably coupled with each other, and
the top part edge and the bottom part edge face each other when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other;
a woven hemp fabric configured to be enclosed within the top part and the bottom part when the top part and the bottom part are coupled with each other, wherein the woven hemp fabric is configured to release water vapors to maintain a predefined humidity level in a storage container that is configured to receive the rehydration device; and a set of through-holes located in the top body portion or the bottom body portion, wherein the set of through-holes is configured to enable a flow of the water vapors released from the woven hemp fabric out of the rehydration device, to maintain the predefined humidity level in the storage container.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
