A foldable base plate of an elastic mattress, the foldable base plate includes a plurality of mounting modules, the plurality of mounting modules and connecting modules are alternately spliced to form the foldable base plate, the plurality of mounting modules are disposed with tapered positioning members, the tapered positioning members are protruding cavity structures extending upward from the plurality of mounting modules, the plurality of mounting modules and the connecting modules are configured to be folded along a vertical direction to form a stacked structure, and when the foldable base plate forms the stacked structure: two adjacent ones of the plurality of mounting modules are connected by plugging through corresponding ones of the protruding cavity structures, and a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures on a lower mounting module is inserted into a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures on an upper mounting module.

1 . A foldable base plate of an elastic mattress, comprising:
a plurality of mounting modules, and connecting modules, wherein:
the plurality of mounting modules and the connecting modules are alternately disposed to splice the plurality of mounting modules along a horizontal direction to form the foldable base plate,
the plurality of mounting modules are disposed with tapered positioning members on which spring modules are configured to be detachably mounted,
the tapered positioning members are protruding cavity structures extending upward from the plurality of mounting modules,
the plurality of mounting modules and the connecting modules are configured to be folded along a vertical direction to form a stacked structure, and
when the foldable base plate forms the stacked structure:
two adjacent mounting modules of the plurality of mounting modules are connected by plugging through corresponding ones of the protruding cavity structures, and
a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures on a lower one of the two adjacent mounting modules is inserted into a corresponding one of the protruding cavity structures on an upper one of the two adjacent mounting modules.
2 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 1 , wherein:
the plurality of mounting modules are divided into first mounting modules and second mounting modules, the first mounting modules and a first set of the connecting modules are foldably spliced along a length direction of the foldable base plate to form a first mounting module group, the second mounting modules and a second set of the connecting modules are foldably spliced along the length direction of the foldable base plate to form a second mounting module group, and the first mounting module group is spliced to the second mounting module group along a width direction of the foldable base plate to form the foldable base plate.
3 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 2 , wherein:
opposite sides of the first mounting modules and the second mounting modules are respectively disposed with first connecting structures and second connecting structures, and the first connecting structures and the second connecting structures are detachably connected to each other.
4 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 3 , wherein:
the opposite sides of the first mounting modules and the second mounting modules are respectively disposed with first connecting sheets and second connecting sheets, the first connecting sheets of the first mounting modules comprise concave-shaped holes penetrating through the first mounting modules along a height direction of the first mounting modules and used as the first connecting structures, the second connecting sheets of the second mounting modules are disposed with protruding platforms extending along a height direction of the second connecting sheets and used as the second connecting structures, and the protruding platforms are configured to be disposed in the concave-shaped holes so as to be positioned to and cooperate with the concave-shaped holes in the horizontal direction.
5 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 4 , wherein:
the first connecting sheets of the first mounting modules and the second connecting sheets of the second mounting modules have a height difference.
6 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 4 , comprising:
locking members, wherein:
the locking members are configured for a position-limited cooperation of the protruding platforms and the concave-shaped holes along the height direction of the second connecting sheets.
7 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 6 , wherein:
upper surfaces of the protruding platforms comprise insertion holes rotatably connected to the locking members, when the locking members rotate to be misaligned with the concave-shaped holes, the concave-shaped holes are positioned to and cooperate with the locking members along axial directions of the protruding platforms, and when the locking members rotate be aligned with the concave-shaped holes, the position-limited cooperation of the concave-shaped holes and the locking members is released.
8 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 1 , wherein:
sides of the plurality of mounting modules and the connecting modules along a length direction of the plurality of mounting modules and the connecting modules are disposed with third connecting structures, and one of the third connecting structures on one of the plurality of mounting modules and a corresponding one of the third connecting structures on a corresponding one of the connecting modules adjacent to the one of the plurality of mounting modules are respectively connected to one or more intermediate flexible connecting members.
9 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 8 , wherein:
the third connecting structures and the one or more intermediate flexible connecting members form plug-in connections.
10 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 9 , wherein:
the third connecting structures are insertion grooves, the one or more intermediate flexible connecting members comprise one or more connecting portions and insertion portions disposed on two sides of the one or more connecting portions, when the insertion portions are inserted into the insertion grooves along an insertion direction, the insertion portions are positioned to and cooperate with the insertion grooves opposite to the insertion direction, and the one or more intermediate flexible connecting members are flexible.
11 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 10 , wherein:
surfaces of the insertion portions comprise position-limited protrusions, heights of the position-limited protrusions gradually decrease in the insertion direction along which the insertion portions are inserted into the insertion grooves, surfaces connecting highest points on the position-limited protrusions and the insertion portions define position-limited surfaces, the insertion portions are inserted into the insertion grooves, and the position-limited surfaces are positioned to and cooperate with the insertion grooves opposite to the insertion direction to splice the plurality of mounting modules.
12 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 1 , wherein:
the tapered positioning members are disposed on the plurality of mounting modules at intervals, and a distance between adjacent tapered positioning members of the tapered positioning members is greater than a maximum diameter of the spring modules.
13 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 1 , wherein:
the spring modules and the tapered positioning members form plug-in connections.
14 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 1 , wherein:
bottoms of the tapered positioning members form protruding edges radially extending outward.
15 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 14 , wherein:
bottoms of the spring modules comprise tapered protruding cavities extending opposite to an insertion direction of the spring modules and conform to shapes of the protruding cavity structures, and the tapered protruding cavities and the protruding edges form an interference fit.
16 . The foldable base plate of the elastic mattress according to claim 1 , wherein:
the connecting modules comprise through holes, diameters of the through holes are greater than diameters of bottoms of the tapered positioning members, and when the foldable base plate is folded to form the stacked structure, the protruding cavity structures are connected to the connecting modules by plugging through the through holes.
