Buckle assembly
Abstract
A buckle assembly can include a first buckle, a second buckle, and an operating component. The first buckle component can include a locked portion. The second buckle component can be configured to be engaged with the first buckle component, and the second buckle component can include a locking portion engageable with the locked portion. The operating component can be partially embedded in the second buckle component and partially exposed out of the second buckle component. The operating component can be slidable relative to the second buckle component such that sliding movement of the operating component relative to the second buckle component causes disengagement between the first buckle component and the second buckle component. The operating component can include an abutting portion, and the abutting portion can abut against the locking portion to resiliently deform the locking portion during the sliding movement of the operating component.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A buckle assembly comprising:
a first buckle component comprising a first magnetic structure and a locked portion; a second buckle component comprising a second magnetic structure magnetically attracted to the first magnetic structure, a mating hole for allowing the locked portion to pass therethrough, and a locking portion engageable with the locked portion, the locking portion engaging with the locked portion when the second buckle component is connected with the first buckle component along a mating direction; and an operating component partially embedded in the second buckle component, the operating component being slidable relative to the second buckle component along an expanding direction; wherein the operating component is configured for driving the locking portion to translate along a lateral direction away from the locked portion for disengaging the locking portion from the locked portion during a sliding movement of the operating component relative to the second buckle component.
2 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the expanding direction is perpendicular to the lateral direction and perpendicular to the mating direction.
3 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the second buckle component further comprises an abutting portion protruding from the operating component along the expanding direction.
4 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the second buckle component further comprises:
an abutting portion protruding from the operating component; and a cooperating component being formed adjacent to a locking head of the locking portion for engaging with the abutting portion, the locking head is configured to engage with the locked portion.
5 . The buckle assembly of claim 4 , wherein:
the locked portion comprises an abutting structure and a locked structure, the locked structure is an enclosed recess, and the locking head is configured to engage with the enclosed recess.
6 . The buckle assembly of claim 4 , wherein:
the second buckle component comprises a resilient arm, the resilient arm being configured to engage with the operating component; and during a sliding movement of the operating component relative to the second buckle component, the operating component deforms the resilient arm, thereby driving the locking head to disengage from the locked portion.
7 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein:
a first embedding chamber is formed on the first buckle component, a second embedding chamber is formed on the second buckle component, the first magnetic structure is embedded into the first embedding chamber, the second magnetic structure is embedded into the second embedding chamber, and the first embedding chamber is aligned with the second embedding chamber along the mating direction.
8 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the locking portion is detachably connected to the second buckle component.
9 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a resilient component disposed between the operating component and the second buckle component for biasing the operating component to slide away from the locking portion.
10 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first buckle component is a male buckle and the second buckle component is a female buckle.
11 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the operating component comprises a first operating component and a second operating component.
12 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein:
a restraining protrusion protrudes from the operating component, the second buckle component comprises a restraining block for engaging with the restraining protrusion, and the second buckle component blocks the operating component by abutment of the restraining block and the restraining protrusion, preventing disengagement of the operating component and the second buckle component.
13 . The buckle assembly of claim 1 , wherein the operating component is partially exposed out of a lateral wall of the second buckle component.
14 . A buckle assembly comprising:
a first buckle component comprising a locked portion; a second buckle component comprising a locking portion engageable with the locked portion, the locking portion engaging with the locked portion when the second buckle component is connected with the first buckle component along a mating direction; and an operating component partially embedded in the second buckle component, the operating component being slidable relative to the second buckle component along an expanding direction; wherein a restraining protrusion protrudes from the operating component, the second buckle component comprises a restraining block for engaging with the restraining protrusion, and the second buckle component blocks the operating component by abutment of the restraining block and the restraining protrusion.
15 . The buckle assembly of claim 14 , wherein abutment of the restraining block and the restraining protrusion prevents disengagement of the operating component and the second buckle component.
16 . The buckle assembly of claim 14 , wherein the operating component is configured for driving the locking portion to translate along a lateral direction away from the locked portion for disengaging the locking portion from the locked portion during a sliding movement of the operating component relative to the second buckle component.
17 . The buckle assembly of claim 14 , wherein the operating component comprises two restraining protrusions protruding from the operating component.
18 . The buckle assembly of claim 17 , wherein the second buckle component comprises two restraining blocks for engaging with the two restraining protrusion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
