Abstract

The present application discloses a brassiere comprising: a cup body configured to cover a wearer's breast when worn; and a lifting structure disposed on an inner side of the cup body and spanning between two opposing edges of the cup body, the lifting structure configured to apply a gathering force from the edges toward a center of the cup body when worn.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A brassiere comprising:
a cup body configured to cover a wearer's breast when worn; and a lifting structure disposed on an inner side of the cup body and spanning between two opposing edges of the cup body, the lifting structure configured to apply a gathering force from the edges toward a center of the cup body when worn.

2 . The brassiere of claim 1 , wherein a length of the lifting structure is less than 80% of an outer contour diameter of the cup body.

3 . The brassiere of claim 1 , wherein the lifting structure comprises a single lifting member.

4 . The brassiere of claim 1 , wherein the lifting structure comprises a first lifting member and a second lifting member, the first and second lifting members at least partially overlapping.

         5 . The brassiere of claim 4 , wherein:
the first lifting member extends transversely along a position between a center and a lower edge of the wearer's breast when worn, and is configured to provide upward lifting to support breast weight and prevent sagging; and the second lifting member extends vertically along a position between the center and a side edge of the wearer's breast when worn, and is configured to provide lateral tension to gather the breast and prevent outward expansion.

6 . The brassiere of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the lifting structure is made of mesh fabric.

7 . The brassiere of claim 1 , wherein the lifting structure is fixed to the cup body via stitched seams or an elastic adhesive film.

8 . The brassiere of claim 1 , further comprising a shoulder strap connected to the cup body.

9 . The brassiere of claim 1 , further comprising a torso-covering portion connected to and surrounding the cup body.

10 . The brassiere of claim 1 , wherein a surface of the lifting structure is coated with an anti-slip material.

         11 . A brassiere comprising:
a cup body configured to cover a wearer's breast when worn; a lifting structure disposed on an inner side of the cup body and spanning between two opposing edges of the cup body, the lifting structure configured to apply a gathering force from the edges toward a center of the cup body when worn, wherein a length of the lifting structure is less than 80% of an outer contour diameter of the cup body; and a shoulder strap connected to the cup body.

12 . The brassiere of claim 11 , wherein the lifting structure comprises a single lifting member.

13 . The brassiere of claim 11 , wherein the lifting structure comprises a first lifting member and a second lifting member, the first and second lifting members at least partially overlapping.

         14 . The brassiere of claim 13 , wherein:
the first lifting member extends transversely along a position between a center and a lower edge of the wearer's breast when worn, and is configured to provide upward lifting to support breast weight and prevent sagging; and the second lifting member extends vertically along a position between the center and a side edge of the wearer's breast when worn, and is configured to provide lateral tension to gather the breast and prevent outward expansion.

15 . The brassiere of claim 11 , wherein at least a portion of the lifting structure is made of mesh fabric.

16 . The brassiere of claim 11 , wherein the lifting structure is fixed to the cup body via stitched seams or an elastic adhesive film.

17 . The brassiere of claim 11 , further comprising a torso-covering portion connected to and surrounding the cup body.

18 . The brassiere of claim 11 , wherein a surface of the lifting structure is coated with an anti-slip material.

         19 . A brassiere comprising:
a cup body configured to cover a wearer's breast when worn; a lifting structure disposed on an inner side of the cup body and spanning between two opposing edges of the cup body, the lifting structure configured to apply a gathering force from the edges toward a center of the cup body when worn; a torso-covering portion connected to and surrounding the cup body; and a shoulder strap connected to the cup body.

20 . The brassiere of claim 19 , wherein a length of the lifting structure is less than 80% of an outer contour diameter of the cup body.
