Abstract
An electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core comprises a mouthpiece housing, a vaporization assembly fitted inside the mouthpiece housing, and a bottom cap disposed on a bottom portion of the mouthpiece housing. The vaporization assembly comprises an upper vaporizing seat, and a base vaporizing seat which are connected, a bottom portion of the upper vaporizing seat is provided with a concave and upward-extending vaporizing core cavity, in which the soft vaporizing core is accommodated. The base vaporizing seat supports a bottom portion of the soft vaporizing core from below. The soft vaporizing core comprises a vaporizing core support, a heating element, and a soft liquid guiding element. The heating element comprises a sheet-like heating resistance provided with a conductive path, the heating resistance is disposed in the support through hole of the vaporizing core support, and the soft liquid guiding element is disposed on the heating resistance.

An electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core, characterized by comprising a mouthpiece housing, a vaporization assembly fitted inside an inner wall of the mouthpiece housing, and a bottom cap for sealing a bottom portion of the mouthpiece housing, the vaporization assembly comprises an upper vaporizing seat, a soft vaporizing core, and a base vaporizing seat, wherein the upper vaporizing seat above and the base vaporizing seat below are connected with each other, a bottom portion of the upper vaporizing seat is provided with a vaporizing core cavity that is concave and extends upwards, the soft vaporizing core is accommodated in the vaporizing core cavity, the base vaporizing seat supports a bottom portion of the soft vaporizing core from below, the soft vaporizing core comprises a vaporizing core support, a heating element, and a soft liquid guiding element, the vaporizing core support has an upper flat surface and a lower flat surface and is provided with a support through hole in middle, the heating element comprises a sheet-like heating resistance provided with a conductive path, the heating resistance is disposed in the support through hole, and the soft liquid guiding element is disposed on an upper surface of the heating resistance.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the soft vaporizing core further comprises a permeable sheet provided with permeation holes, and the permeable sheet is disposed between the soft liquid guiding element and the vaporizing core support.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the soft liquid guiding element is made of at least one of materials including organic cotton, ceramic fiber cotton, glass fiber cotton, PP fiber, nylon fiber, non-woven fabric, and PET fiber.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the heating element further comprises electrode contact disks connected with both ends of the heating resistance, the electrode contact disks are disposed on a lower flat surface of the vaporizing core support and positioned on two sides of the support through hole, and on two sides of the heating resistance and the electrode contact disks, a plurality of fixing claws are provided, which extend into an interior of the vaporizing core support.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the upper vaporizing seat comprises an upper seat frame and an upper seat sealing component, the upper seat frame is provided at an upper portion with a discharge tube and a lower portion with a flat-shaped body, a sidewall of the flat-shaped body is fitted into the upper seat sealing component and then fitted into an inner wall of the mouthpiece housing, the vaporizing core cavity that is concave and extends upwards is provided at a bottom portion of the flat-shaped body, air outlet through holes are provided on two sides outside the vaporizing core cavity to communicate with two sides inside the discharge tube located above, and liquid inlet through holes are provided on two sides inside the vaporizing core cavity to communicate with an upper surface of the flat-shaped body at two sides outside the discharge tube.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 5 , characterized in that, the mouthpiece housing is provided at an upper end with a mouthpiece opening and with a mouthpiece tube formed by an edge around the mouthpiece opening extending into the mouthpiece housing, the upper vaporizing seat further comprises a vapor channel sealing component connected between the discharge tube and the mouthpiece tube, a bottom portion of the vapor channel sealing component which is inserted in the discharge tube has a reduced outer diameter, and an inner annular groove is defined between the bottom portion of the vapor channel sealing component and an inner wall of the discharge tube.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 5 , characterized in that, the flat-shaped body is provided with a liquid filling through hole which allows communication between upper and lower sides of the flat-shaped body, the upper seat sealing component comprises a portion provided on a sidewall of the flat-shaped body, a portion provided on a lower end face of the vaporizing core cavity, and a portion provided on an inner wall of the liquid filling through hole, and the upper seat frame made of a rigid plastic material and the upper seat sealing component made of a soft silicone rubber material are integrally formed through an over-molding process by rubber coating.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 4 , characterized in that, the base vaporizing seat comprises columnar electrodes, a base seat frame above and a base seat sealing component below which are connected with each other, a sidewall of the base seat frame and a sidewall of the base seat sealing component are fitted in an inner wall of the mouthpiece housing, an upper end of the base seat frame is connected to a lower end of the upper vaporizing seat, each of the columnar electrodes is arranged to vertically extend through an interior of the base seat frame, with a top end of each of the columnar electrodes supporting and abutting on respective one of electrode contact disks.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 8 , characterized in that, the base seat frame is provided with a vaporizing groove at a position below the soft vaporizing core, a bottom portion of the vaporizing groove is provided with a third air inlet hole, a lower end of the base seat frame is provided with a first air inlet groove extending upwards, the base seat sealing component is provided with a second air inlet hole at a position below the first air inlet groove, a second air inlet tube wall extends upwards from the second air inlet hole and above an upper end surface of the base seat sealing component, the second air inlet tube wall extends into the first air inlet groove, a first air gap is defined between an upper end of the second air inlet tube wall and a bottom portion of the first air inlet groove, a second air gap is defined between the second air inlet tube wall and the first air inlet groove, the base seat sealing component is provided with a second air inlet groove at a position below the third air inlet hole, and the second air inlet groove communicates the second air gap with the third air inlet hole.

The electronic cigarette vaporizer equipped with a soft vaporizing core according to claim 8 , characterized in that, the base seat frame and the base seat sealing component are respectively provided with electrode holes for mounting the columnar electrodes, a bottom portion of the base seat sealing component is further provided with a PCB circuit board, the PCB circuit board is provided with electrode springs, and bottom ends of the columnar electrodes abut on the electrode springs, respectively.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
