Abstract
A tube includes a head and a skirt extending along a main axis. The head includes a neck, and a shoulder extending radially between an upper end of the skirt and the neck. The shoulder is an annular piece of laminated material which is distinct from the skirt. An annular outer section of the shoulder is attached to an upper end section of the skirt. The annular outer section of the shoulder is attached to a connecting ring which is attached to the upper end section of the skirt.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A tube comprising a head and a skirt extending along a main axis (A), the head comprising:
a neck, and a shoulder extending radially between an upper end of the skirt and the neck, the shoulder being an annular piece of laminated material which is distinct from the skirt, an annular outer section of the shoulder being attached to an upper end section of the skirt,
wherein said annular outer section of the shoulder is attached to a connecting ring which is attached to the upper end section of the skirt.
2 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting ring is a separate part from the neck.
3 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting ring comprises a first annular face onto which a face of the annular outer section of the shoulder is flat attached, and a second annular face, arranged externally around the first annular face onto which a face of the upper end section of the skirt is flat attached.
4 . The tube according to claim 3 , wherein the connecting ring comprises an annular rib forming a dividing line between the first annular face and the second annular face, the annular rib protruding from each first annular face and second annular face.
5 . The tube according to claim 4 , wherein the annular rib is interposed between an outer peripheral edge of the shoulder and the upper end of the skirt.
6 . The tube according to claim 3 , wherein the first annular face and the second annular face of the connecting ring form an angle greater or equal to 90° in an axial section plane.
7 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting ring is concealed inside the tube.
8 . The tube according to claim 3 , wherein an internal face of the shoulder is flat attached against the first annular face of the connecting ring.
9 . The tube according to claim 3 , wherein an internal face of the skirt is flat attached against the second annular face of the connecting ring.
10 . The tube according to claim 3 , wherein the annular outer section of the shoulder is attached to the first annular face of the connecting ring by ultrasonic welding.
11 . The tube according to claim 3 , wherein the upper section of the skirt is attached to the second annular face of the connecting ring by ultrasonic welding.
12 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting ring is made of plastic material.
13 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein an outer rim of the neck is arranged radially at distance from an outer peripheral edge of the shoulder.
14 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the laminated material forming the shoulder comprises at least one paper layer comprising cellulose fibers.
15 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the skirt is made of laminated material comprising at least one paper layer comprising cellulose fibers.
16 . The tube according to claim 14 , wherein the shoulder and the skirt are made of the same laminated material.
17 . The tube according to claim 14 , wherein the cellulose fibers represent at least 70% in mass of the tube, preferably more than 80%.
18 . The tube according to claim 1 , wherein the laminated material comprises at least an internal polymeric layer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
