Abstract

A coupling system connects to different suction-air-guiding components of a suction apparatus. The coupling system contains a first coupling element having a tubular connecting piece and a second coupling element having a tubular receiving area for the connecting piece. The first coupling element further has a first plug-in unit and the second coupling element has a second plug-in unit which is configured to form, with the first plug-in unit of the first coupling element, an electrically conductive plug-in connection, and which has a protective wall which protrudes compared to the contact surface of the second coupling element. The tubular connecting piece has a guide contour, and the second coupling element has a guide contour complementary thereto which, beginning at the protective wall of the second plug-in unit, extends along the longitudinal axis into the receiving area.

1 . A coupling system for connecting to different suction-air-guiding components of a suction apparatus, the coupling system comprising:
 a first coupling element having a contact surface and a tubular connecting piece protruding along a longitudinal axis compared to said contact surface of said first coupling element;   a second coupling element having a contact surface, a housing and a tubular receiving area for said tubular connecting piece of said first coupling element, said tubular receiving area, starting from said contact surface of said second coupling element, extends along the longitudinal axis into said housing of said second coupling element;   said first coupling element further having at least one first plug-in unit disposed along a transverse axis next to said tubular connecting piece;   said second coupling element further having at least one second plug-in unit disposed along the transverse axis next to said tubular receiving area, said at least one second plug-in unit configured to form, with said at least one first plug-in unit of said first coupling element, an electrically conductive plug-in connection, said at least one second plug-in unit having a protective wall protruding along the longitudinal axis compared to said contact surface of said second coupling element;   said tubular connecting piece of said first coupling element having a guide contour;   said second coupling element having a guide contour complementary to said guide contour of said tubular connecting piece, said guide contour of said second coupling element begins at said protective wall of said second plug-in unit and extends along the longitudinal axis into said tubular receiving area; and   said guide contours of said first and second coupling elements are configured to interact, such that due to said guide contours any twisting of said first coupling element compared to said second coupling element about the longitudinal axis is blocked.   
     
     
         2 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein said guide contour of said second coupling element, starts from an end face of said protective wall of said second plug-in unit facing away from said contact surface of said second coupling element, and extends along the longitudinal axis into said tubular receiving area. 
     
     
         3 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said guide contours each have a border area which faces said border area of a respective other said guide contour during a plug-in procedure along the longitudinal axis; and   said border area of said guide contour has a reduced or an increased width transversely to the longitudinal axis and/or transversely to the transverse axis and/or along a vertical axis, by which threading of said guide contours during the plug-in procedure is supported along the longitudinal axis.   
     
     
         4 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein said guide contours of said first coupling element and of said second coupling element form a tongue-and-groove connection which extends along the longitudinal axis from said protective wall of said second plug-in unit along the longitudinal axis into said tubular receiving area. 
     
     
         5 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said guide contour of said first coupling element contains a guide rib which is disposed on an external wall of said tubular connecting piece, and which extends along the longitudinal axis; and   said guide contour of said second coupling element is a guide groove which runs in said protective wall of said second plug-in unit and in an internal wall of said tubular receiving area, and extends along the longitudinal axis.   
     
     
         6 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said first plug-in unit has a housing, said first plug-in unit starts from the contact surface of said first coupling element and extends into said housing of said first coupling element;   said first plug-in unit has a recess formed therein and a wall which, starts from said contact surface of said first coupling element and extends along the longitudinal axis and touches said protective wall of said second plug-in unit if said electrically conductive plug-in connection between said first and said second plug-in unit exists; and   said guide contour of said first coupling element extends along the longitudinal axis into said recess.   
     
     
         7 . The coupling system according to  claim 6 , wherein:
 said first plug-in unit has two contact bolts which are disposed along a vertical axis one behind the other;   said second plug-in unit has two contact pins for contacting said two contact bolts of said first plug-in unit and are disposed along the vertical axis one behind the other;   said second plug-in unit has a partition wall disposed between both of said contact pins; and   said guide contour of said second coupling element and said partition wall are disposed at a same height in respect of the vertical axis.   
     
     
         8 . The coupling system according to  claim 7 , wherein said first plug-in unit has at least one clamping element on a floor defining said recess and said at least one clamping element is configured to clamp said partition wall if said electrically conductive plug-in connection between said first plug-in unit and said second plug-in unit exists. 
     
     
         9 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said tubular connecting piece has an end face facing said tubular receiving area of said second coupling element, said end face of said tubular connecting piece is configured to be oblique in respect of the longitudinal axis, so that at different points said end face of said tubular connecting piece is at different distances from said contact surface of said first coupling element; and   said guide contour of said first coupling element does not extend as far as said end face of said tubular connecting piece, but ends at a particular distance along the longitudinal axis in front of said end face of said tubular connecting piece.   
     
     
         10 . The coupling system according to  claim 9 , wherein said guide contour of said first coupling element is spaced apart from said end face of said tubular connecting piece, such that substantially simultaneously during a plug-in procedure:
 said end face of said tubular connecting piece begins to dip into said tubular receiving area of said second coupling element; and   said guide contour of said first coupling element and of said second coupling element begin to interact mechanically, in order to block any twisting of said first coupling element compared to said second coupling element about the longitudinal axis.   
     
     
         11 . The coupling system according to  claim 9 , wherein:
 said protective wall of said second plug-in unit has, starting from said contact surface of said second coupling element, a given length; and   a given distance of said guide contour of said first coupling element from said end face of said tubular connecting piece, and the given length of said protective wall of said second plug-in unit deviate from one another by a maximum of 20%.   
     
     
         12 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said second plug-in unit of said second coupling element has at least one electrically conductive contact pin; and   said protective wall extends along the longitudinal axis beyond said contact pin.   
     
     
         13 . The coupling system according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 said first coupling unit along the transverse axis on both sides of said tubular connecting piece in each case has at least one said first plug-in unit;   said second coupling unit along the transverse axis on both sides of said tubular receiving area in each case has at least one said second plug-in unit;   both of said first plug-in units and both of said second plug-in units each in pairs form an electrically conductive plug-in connection;   said tubular connecting piece of said first coupling element along the transverse axis has on both sides of said tubular connecting piece in each case at least one said guide contour;   said second coupling element along the transverse axis on both sides of said tubular receiving area in each case has at least one said guide contour complementary thereto which, beginning at said protective wall of a respective said second plug-in unit, extends along the longitudinal axis into said tubular receiving area; and   said guide contours are in each case configured to interact in pairs, such that due to said guide contours any twisting of said first coupling element compared to said second coupling element about the longitudinal axis is blocked.   
     
     
         14 . The coupling system according to  claim 4 , wherein said guide contours of said first coupling element and of said second coupling element which form said tongue-and-groove connection extend along the longitudinal axis from an end face of said protective wall of said second plug-in unit along the longitudinal axis into said tubular receiving area. 
     
     
         15 . The coupling system according to  claim 6 , wherein said guide contour of said first coupling element extends along the longitudinal axis into said recess by at least 2 mm into said recess. 
     
     
         16 . The coupling system according to  claim 11 , wherein:
 the given distance of said guide contour of said first coupling element from said end face of said tubular connecting piece starts from a point of said end face of said tubular connecting piece which is furthest away from said contact surface of said first coupling element; and   the given distance and the given length of said protective wall of said second plug-in unit deviate from one another by a maximum of 10%.   
     
     
         17 . The coupling system according to  claim 12 , wherein said protective wall extends along the longitudinal axis beyond said contact pin by 2 mm or more. 
     
     
         18 . A first coupling element for a coupling system having a second coupling element, the first coupling element comprising:
 a contact surface;   a housing;   a tubular connecting piece protruding along a longitudinal axis compared to said contact surface, and configured for plugging into a tubular receiving area of the second coupling element of the coupling system which, starts from a contact surface of the second coupling element and extends along the longitudinal axis into a housing of the second coupling element;   at least one first plug-in unit disposed along a transverse axis next to said tubular connecting piece, and configured to form, with a second plug-in unit of the second coupling element, an electrically conductive plug-in connection, wherein the second plug-in unit of the second coupling element is disposed along the transverse axis next to the tubular receiving area, wherein the second plug-in unit of the second coupling element has a protective wall which protrudes along the longitudinal axis compared to the contact surface of the second coupling element;   said tubular connecting piece of the first coupling element has a guide contour which is disposed on an external wall of said tubular connecting piece, and which faces said first plug-in unit;   said guide contour configured to interact with a complementary guide contour of the second coupling element, such that due to said guide contour and the complementary guide contour any twisting of the first coupling element compared to the second coupling element about the longitudinal axis is blocked, wherein the complementary guide contour of the second coupling element, begins at the protective wall of the second plug-in unit and extends along the longitudinal axis into the receiving area;   said first plug-in unit, starts from said contact surface of the first coupling element, and extends into said housing of the first coupling element;   said first plug-in unit has a recess formed therein and a wall which, starts from said contact surface of the first coupling element and extends along the longitudinal axis and which touches the protective wall of the second plug-in unit if the electrically conductive plug-in connection between said first plug-in unit and the second plug-in unit exists; and   said guide contour of the first coupling element extends along the longitudinal axis into said recess.   
     
     
         19 . A second coupling element for a coupling system having a first coupling element, the second coupling element comprising:
 a housing;   a contact surface;   a tubular receiving area for a connecting piece of the first coupling element of the coupling system and said tubular receiving area, starts from said contact surface of the second coupling element, extends along a longitudinal axis into said housing of the second coupling element, wherein the tubular connecting piece of the first coupling element protrudes along a longitudinal axis compared to a contact surface of the first coupling element;   a second plug-in unit disposed along a transverse axis next to said tubular receiving area, and is configured to form, with a first plug-in unit of the first coupling element, an electrically conductive plug-in connection, said second-plug-in unit having a protective wall which protrudes along the longitudinal axis compared to said contact surface of the second coupling element, wherein the first plug-in unit of the first coupling element is disposed along the transverse axis next to the connecting piece; and   a guide contour configured to be complementary to a complementary guide contour on the connecting piece of the first coupling element, said guide contour beginning at said protective wall of said second plug-in unit, extends along the longitudinal axis into said tubular receiving area, said guide contour of the second coupling element is configured to interact with the complementary guide contour of the first coupling element, such that due to said guide contour and said complementary guide contour any twisting of the first coupling element compared to the second coupling element about the longitudinal axis is blocked.
