Abstract

The invention is a non-slip safety plate comprising: a plurality of EX mesh sections 20 formed by arranging a plurality of slits at regular intervals on a metal plate and expanding the slits in the width direction to form mesh holes 22 or by simultaneously forming the slits and expanding the slits in the width direction to form mesh holes 22; and a non-slip plate section 30 formed of a metal plate and provided between the EX mesh sections 20 and having a plurality of friction protrusions 32 formed on an upper surface to protrude upward; wherein the non-slip plate section 30 is characterized in that it extends long in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the width direction in which the slits of the EX mesh section 20 are expanded.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A non-slip safety plate is provided, which comprises: a plurality of EX mesh sections 20 in which a plurality of slits are arranged at regular intervals on a metal plate and the slits are expanded in the width direction to form mesh holes 22 elongated longitudinally, or in which the slits are formed while simultaneously expanding the slits in the width direction to form mesh holes 22 ; and a non-slip plate section 30 made of a metal plate and provided between the EX mesh sections 20 , the non-slip plate section 30 having a plurality of friction protrusions 32 formed to protrude upward on the upper surface; wherein the non-slip plate section 30 is characterized in that it extends long in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the width direction in which the slits of the EX mesh section 20 are expanded and parallel to the elongated mesh holes 22 .

2 . A non-slip safety plate of claim 1 , wherein the non-slip plate section 30 is formed integrally with the EX mesh section 20 .

3 . A non-slip safety plate of claim 1 , wherein the friction protrusion 32 is formed by the periphery of a perforation 31 protruding upward formed by punching the bottom surface of a metal plate.

4 . A method for manufacturing a non-slip safety plate is provided, characterized by including: a process of forming a plurality of EX mesh sections 20 by arranging a plurality of slits at regular intervals on a metal plate so that a plurality of slits are formed in a form of mesh hole 22 that is expanded in the width direction at positions spaced apart from each other in the width direction and expanding the slits in the width direction or simultaneously expanding the slits in the width direction while forming the slits; and a process of forming a non-slip plate section 30 by punching the bottom surface of the metal plate so that a plurality of friction protrusions 32 protruding upwardly between the plurality of EX mesh sections 20 are spaced apart in a length direction perpendicular to the expanded width direction of the mesh hole 22 .
