Abstract

Provided is an artificial turf, including a base cloth, artificial turf yarns tufted on the base cloth, and a bonding layer applied on the base cloth. The bonding layer is provided with water permeable holes formed by blowing air onto the base cloth through an air blowing device. The artificial turf has excellent water permeability. Moreover, there is no need to pierce an adhesive side of the base cloth during production, thereby avoiding damage to the structure of the artificial turf by piercing. This effectively prevents the artificial turf yarns from loosening and falling off and prolongs the service life of the artificial turf.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An artificial turf, comprising:
a base cloth having a surface; artificial turf yarns tufted on the base cloth; and a bonding layer applied to the surface of the base cloth, the bonding layer being provided with water permeable holes formed by blowing air to the base cloth.

2 . The artificial turf according to claim 1 , wherein the base cloth has pinholes formed by tufting the artificial turf yarns, one end of each said artificial turf yarn passes through a respective one of said pinholes to form a protrusion, wherein the protrusion is in contact with the bonding layer.

3 . The artificial turf according to claim 1 , wherein a material of the base cloth and the artificial turf yarns comprises one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and polyamide.

4 . The artificial turf according to claim 1 , wherein the base cloth comprises warp yarns and weft yarns, and the warp yarns and the weft yarns are cross-woven with each other.

5 . The artificial turf according to claim 4 , wherein a cross section of the warp yarn is a flat structure, wherein the warp yarns are arranged in parallel; and spacing between the warp yarns is equal.

6 . The artificial turf according to claim 5 , wherein the weft yarns comprise first yarns and second yarns, wherein a cross section of the first yarn is a circular structure, and a cross section of the second yarn is a flat structure.

7 . The artificial turf according to claim 6 , wherein the first yarns and the second yarns are interlaced in parallel and spacing between the first yarns and the second yarns is equal.

8 . The artificial turf according to claim 4 , wherein a cross section of the weft yarn is a flat structure, wherein the weft yarns are arranged in parallel and spacing between the weft yarns is equal.

9 . The artificial turf according to claim 8 , wherein the warp yarns comprise first yarns and second yarns, wherein a cross section of the first yarn is a circular structure, and a cross section of the second yarn is a flat structure.

10 . The artificial turf according to claim 9 , wherein the first yarns and the second yarns are interlaced in parallel and spacing between the first yarns and the second yarns is equal.

11 . The artificial turf according to claim 2 , wherein one or more portions of the bonding layer partially penetrate into said pinholes to fix the artificial turf yarns.

12 . The artificial turf according to claim 11 , wherein the water permeable holes are in communication with the pinholes and configured to facilitate seepage of water through the artificial turf.

13 . An artificial turf, comprising:
a base cloth having pinholes for accommodating artificial turf yarns therein; artificial turf yarns tufted on the base cloth, wherein the pinholes are formed by tufting the artificial turf yarns; and a bonding layer applied to the base cloth on a side opposite to the artificial turf yarns, wherein the bonding layer includes water permeable holes in communication with the pinholes and configured to facilitate seepage of water through the artificial turf.

14 . The artificial turf according to claim 13 , wherein one end of the artificial turf yarns passes through respective ones of said pinholes to form respective protrusions that are in contact with the bonding layer.

15 . The artificial turf according to claim 14 , wherein one or more portions of the bonding layer partially penetrate into said pinholes to fix the artificial turf yarns.

16 . The artificial turf according to claim 13 , wherein the base cloth comprises warp yarns and weft yarns, wherein the warp yarns and the weft yarns are cross-woven with each other.

17 . The artificial turf according to claim 16 , wherein a cross section of the warp yarn is a flat structure, wherein the warp yarns are arranged in parallel and spacing between the warp yarns is equal.

18 . The artificial turf according to claim 17 , wherein the weft yarns comprise first yarns and second yarns, wherein a cross section of the first yarn is a circular structure, and a cross section of the second yarn is a flat structure, wherein the first yarns and the second yarns are interlaced in parallel and spacing between the first yarns and the second yarns is equal.

19 . The artificial turf according to claim 16 , wherein a cross section of the weft yarn is a flat structure, wherein the weft yarns are arranged in parallel and spacing between the weft yarns is equal.
