Claims

Abstract

The disclosure provides a treatment method for thermal storage goose down and its disclosure in preparing aviation suit, comprising the following steps: screening, degreasing, washing and squeezing the goose down in sequence to obtain goose down raw materials, mixing potassium thiocyanate, octadecyl isothiocyanate and water and stirring until uniform, mixing nano titanium carbide powder, vinyl modified siloxane, dispersant and water and stirring until uniform, using the primary modified solution and the secondary modified solution to perform padding treatment on the goose down raw material in sequence, the goose down obtained after the secondary modification is rinsed and vacuum dried to obtain the finished thermal storage goose down. The disclosure performs two modification treatments on goose down, only uses phase change materials to give the goose down good light-to-heat conversion performance, improves the fluffiness of the goose down by enhancing the breaking strength and resilience of the goose down.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A treatment method for thermal storage goose down, comprising the following steps:
 S1, pre-treatment of goose down: screening, degreasing, washing and squeezing the goose down in sequence to obtain goose down raw materials;   S2, preparing a primary modified solution: mixing potassium thiocyanate, octadecyl isothiocyanate and water and stirring until uniform;   S3, preparing a secondary modified solution, mixing nano titanium carbide powder, vinyl modified siloxane, dispersant and water and stirring until uniform;   S4, goose down modification treatment: using the primary modified solution and the secondary modified solution to perform padding treatment on the goose down raw material in sequence;   S4, post-treatment: the goose down obtained after the secondary modification is rinsed and vacuum dried to obtain the finished thermal storage goose down.

The treatment method for thermal storage goose down according to  claim 1 , wherein in the step S2, the raw material composition of the primary modified solution includes 5-10 parts of potassium thiocyanate, 5-10 parts of octadecyl isothiocyanate and 20-30 parts of water, by weight. 
     
     
         3 . The treatment method for thermal storage goose down according to  claim 1 , wherein in the step S3, the raw material composition of the secondary modified solution includes 20-30 parts of nano titanium carbide powder, 10-15 parts of vinyl modified siloxane, 3-8 parts of dispersant and 30-50 parts of water, by weight. 
     
     
         4 . The treatment method for thermal storage goose down according to  claim 1 , wherein in the step S4, a constant temperature is maintained in the range of 30° C.-45° C. and continuous stirring is performed during the impregnation process, a forward/reverse reciprocating stirring method is adopted, and a rotation speed is 90-150 rpm. 
     
     
         5 . The treatment method for thermal storage goose down according to  claim 1 , wherein in the step S4, the vacuum drying temperature is 35-55° C. 
     
     
         6 . The thermal storage goose down prepared by the treatment method for thermal storage goose down according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         7 . An aviation suit, using the thermal storage goose down according to  claim 6 , comprising a trunk and limb suit, a helmet, gloves, a pressure regulating system, a ventilation and supply system, and a communication system, wherein the trunk and limb suit comprises a comfort layer, an airtight layer, a main airtight layer, a restricting layer, a thermal insulation layer, and a protective layer from the inside to the outside, wherein the thermal insulation layer comprises several layers of polyester film, a double-layer partition net is provided between adjacent polyester films, and the double-layer partition net is filled with thermal storage goose down. 
     
     
         8 . The aviation suit according to  claim 7 , wherein the thermal insulation layer is prepared by injecting thermal storage goose down into a spherical filling capsule, then filling a plurality of filling capsules between double-layer partition nets, and then stacking a plurality of filled double-layer partition nets one by one, and arranging a layer of polyester film between adjacent partition nets, and finally covering the two outermost partition nets with two pieces of polyester film and sealing the edges of the two pieces of polyester film together. 
     
     
         9 . The aviation suit according to  claim 8  wherein a pouch of the filling capsule is made of breathable fabric or film, and the partition net is made of elastic net and the mesh size is smaller than the outer diameter of the filling capsule.
