Abstract

A device for adjusting the tightening degree, particularly for sports footwear, including a mechanism for winding and releasing a cable which includes a rotary knob for actuating said mechanism, a housing including a toothed core, a pulley for winding said cable and including a shaft provided with a groove, at least one pawl adapted to temporarily and selectively engage with said toothed core. The pulley is adapted to be operatively coupled to the housing and to the knob. A plate including a grooved hole is placed between the knob and the housing. The at least one pawl is rotatably connected the plate. The plate is jointly coupled to the pulley by coupling the groove of the shaft with the grooved hole of the plate.

1 . A device for adjusting the tightening degree, comprising a mechanism for winding and releasing a cable including:
 a rotary knob for actuating said mechanism,   a housing comprising a toothed core,   a pulley for winding said cable and comprising a shaft provided with a groove,   at least one pawl adapted to temporarily and selectively engage with said toothed core,   said pulley being adapted to be operatively coupled to said housing and said knob, wherein a plate comprising a grooved hole is placed between said knob and said housing, said at least one pawl being rotatably connected to said plate, said plate being jointly coupled to said pulley by coupling said groove of said shaft with said grooved hole of said plate.   
     
     
         2 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein said shaft of said pulley passes through said toothed core. 
     
     
         3 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein said housing (Dis placed between said pulley and said plate. 
     
     
         4 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein said at least one pawl is rotatably connected to said plate by means of a pin protruding from said plate and facing said toothed core, said at least one pawl being rotatable against the bias of an elastically deformable element. 
     
     
         5 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein said at least one pawl is provided with a first slotted opening. 
     
     
         6 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein said plate is provided with a second slotted opening. 
     
     
         7 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein protrudes from said knob, said at least one pin passing through said first and second slotted openings respectively provided on said at least one pawl and said plate. 
     
     
         8 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein said at least one pin cooperates with said first and second slotted openings to temporarily disengage said pawl from said toothed core to allow the winding and release of said cable. 
     
     
         9 . Device for adjusting the tightening degree according to  claim 1 , wherein the rotational actuation of said knob is capable of transmitting a rotational movement to said plate and to said pulley during winding and releasing of said cable.
