Elastic trousers

Abstract

A pair of trousers (100), in particular leggings, which comprises elastic textile and which is elastic at least in a seat region (102) of the trousers (100). The trousers (100) further comprise reinforcing cord (130), which is fastened at at least two fastening portions (132, 134), which are spaced apart from one another and are disposed on an inner side of the trousers (100), and which spans the elastic textile in an unattached manner in a region (B) between the at least two fastening portions (132, 134). The reinforcing cord (130) is configured to reduce an elasticity of the trousers (100) in the seat region (102) between the at least two fastening portions (132, 134).

A pair of trousers ( 100 ), in particular leggings, which comprises an elastic textile which is elastic at least in a seat region ( 102 ) of the pair of trousers ( 100 ), wherein the pair of trousers ( 100 ) further comprise reinforcing cord ( 130 ) which is fastened at at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ), which are spaced apart from one another in a spacing direction (R) and are disposed on an inner side of the pair of trousers ( 100 ), and which spans the elastic textile in an unattached manner in a region (B) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ), wherein the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) is configured to reduce an elasticity of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) in the seat region ( 102 ) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ). 
     
     
         2 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) is elastic.

The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the elastic textile in the seat region ( 102 ) is elastic in a plane of extent of the elastic textile parallel to the spacing direction (R) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) and orthogonal to the spacing direction (R) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ).

The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 3 , wherein at least one of the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) is configured to reduce the elasticity of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) parallel to the spacing direction (R) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) and the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) is configured not to substantially reduce the elasticity of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) orthogonal to the spacing direction (R) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ).

The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) are spaced apart with respect to a centre plane (E) of the pair of trousers ( 100 ), in particular wherein the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) extends along the centre plane (E) of the pair of trousers ( 100 ). 
     
     
         6 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the elastic textile is seamlessly manufactured at least in the region (B) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ). 
     
     
         7 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 6 , wherein the region (B) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) extends at least partially in a hip plane (H) of the pair of trousers ( 100 ), the elastic textile being manufactured seamlessly at least along the hip plane (H).

The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one of a first fastening portion ( 132 ) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) is disposed at a waistband ( 104 ) of the pair of trousers ( 100 )) and a second fastening portion ( 134 ) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) is disposed at an inner seam ( 108 ) of the pair of trousers ( 100 ).

The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein one fastening portion ( 134 ) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) comprises a fastening seam ( 136 ) which extends at least partially parallel to the spacing direction (R) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) and by means of which the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) is sewn to the elastic textile.

The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 9 , wherein the fastening seam ( 136 ) is configured in such a way that in an unstretched state of the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) the elastic textile in is gathered in a region of the fastening seam ( 136 ) by means of the fastening seam ( 136 ). 
     
     
         11 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 9 , wherein in an unstretched state of the reinforcing cord ( 130 ), a ratio between a length of the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) to a length of the fastening seam ( 136 ) is in a range between 1.2 and 5. 
     
     
         12 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein in an unstretched state of the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) a length of the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) is between 3 and 16 centimetres. 
     
     
         13 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the elastic textile has a lower modulus of elasticity than the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) at least in the region (B) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ) with respect to an elongation parallel to the spacing direction (R) of the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ). 
     
     
         14 . The pair of trousers ( 100 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein the elastic textile comprises elastic synthetic fabric. 
     
     
         15 . A method ( 200 ) for manufacturing a pair of trousers ( 100 ), wherein the method ( 200 ) comprises:
 providing ( 210 ) tubular textile starting material which comprises elastic textile at least in a region which corresponds to a seat region ( 102 ) of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) to be manufactured;   slitting ( 220 ) of the starting material over a partial length of the starting material along a longitudinal axis of the starting material at at least two locations spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the starting material to form two leg parts and a tubular hip part, wherein the two leg parts extend starting from the tubular hip part, the tubular hip part at least partially comprising the seat region ( 102 );   sewing ( 230 ) each of the two leg parts to form a respective trouser leg of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) to be manufactured, and   fastening ( 240 ) reinforcing cord ( 130 ) to an inner side of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) to be manufactured, forming at least two fastening portions spaced apart from one another ( 132 ,  134 ), in such a way that the reinforcing cord ( 130 ) spans the elastic textile in an unattached manner in a region (B) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ), such that the reinforcing cord ( 130 ), after the fastening, reduces an elasticity of the pair of trousers ( 100 ) to be manufactured in the seat region ( 102 ) between the at least two fastening portions ( 132 ,  134 ).
