Abstract

A working machine includes a machine body, a hood to cover a prime mover provided in the machine body, and an electrical device provided inside the hood. The hood includes an outside air intake port to allow cooling air for cooling the prime mover to pass into the hood. The electrical device is located in the vicinity of the outside air intake port such that the electrical device is covered with the hood.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A working machine comprising:
 a machine body;   a hood to cover a prime mover provided in the machine body; and   an electrical device provided inside the hood; wherein   the hood includes an outside air intake port to allow cooling air for cooling the prime mover to pass into the hood; and   the electrical device is located in a vicinity of the outside air intake port such that the electrical device is covered with the hood.   
     
     
         2 . The working machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a cooling fan to generate the cooling air; and   at least one cooler located upstream of the cooling fan in a direction of flow of the cooling air; wherein   the electrical device is located between the outside air intake port and the cooling fan in plan view, and a half or more of a projected area of the electrical device is located higher than an upper end portion of the outside air intake port in side view.   
     
     
         3 . The working machine according to  claim 2 , wherein the electrical device is positioned such that a half or more of the projected area of the electrical device is located higher than an upper end of a blade of the cooling fan. 
     
     
         4 . The working machine according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the at least one cooler includes a radiator;   the radiator includes an upper tank at an upper portion, a lower tank at a lower portion, and a core portion provided between the upper tank and the lower tank; and   the electrical device is located upstream of the radiator in the direction of flow of the cooling air such that the electrical device faces the upper tank.   
     
     
         5 . The working machine according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the at least one cooler includes a plurality of coolers;   the plurality of coolers include a first cooler and a second cooler arranged along the direction of flow of the cooling air;   the second cooler is located upstream of the first cooler in the direction of flow of the cooling air such that the second cooler is lower than an upper end of the first cooler; and   the electrical device is located above the second cooler such that the electrical device faces an upper portion of the first cooler.   
     
     
         6 . The working machine according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the first cooler is a radiator; and   the second cooler is an oil cooler.   
     
     
         7 . The working machine according to  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a rotation speed governor provided in or on the prime mover or in a vicinity of the prime mover to adjust a rotation speed of the prime mover; and   a cable to operably connect the rotation speed governor and the electrical device to each other; wherein   the prime mover and the rotation speed governor are located downstream of the cooling fan in the direction of flow of the cooling air;   the electrical device is located upstream of the at least one cooler in the direction of flow of the cooling air; and   the cable is guided from the electrical device to the rotation speed governor through a space below the at least one cooler and the cooling fan.   
     
     
         8 . The working machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an intake pipe to supply air to the prime mover; wherein   the intake pipe is located farther away from the outside air intake port than the electrical device in side view such that the intake pipe is covered with the hood.   
     
     
         9 . The working machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising a cover to protect the electrical device. 
     
     
         10 . The working machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the electrical device is an auto-idle motor to automatically reduce a rotation speed of the prime mover toward an idling rotation speed when a hydraulic actuator provided in the working machine is not actuated. 
     
     
         11 . The working machine according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a manipulator located above the hood; and   a controller located below the manipulator and inside the hood.   
     
     
         12 . A working machine comprising:
 a machine body;   a prime mover provided in the machine body;   a hood to cover the prime mover;   a manipulator located above the hood; and   a controller located below the manipulator and inside the hood.   
     
     
         13 . The working machine according to  claim 12 , further comprising a cover member to cover an upper side of the controller; wherein
 the cover member is positioned such that the cover member is inclined downward toward a position deviated from the controller in a horizontal direction.   
     
     
         14 . The working machine according to  claim 13 , further comprising:
 an attachment portion to attach the cover member thereto; and   an attachment tool to attach the cover member to the attachment portion; wherein   the attachment portion includes an abutting portion;   the cover member includes an abutted portion; and   the abutted portion is configured to abut on the abutting portion to restrict rotation of the cover member about the attachment tool and hold the cover member such that the cover member is inclined downward.   
     
     
         15 . The working machine according to  claim 12 , further comprising:
 a cooling fan to generate cooling air for cooling the prime mover; and   a cooler located upstream of the prime mover in a direction of flow of the cooling air; wherein   the controller is located downstream of the prime mover in the direction of flow of the cooling air.   
     
     
         16 . The working machine according to  claim 12 , further comprising:
 a hydraulic pump to be driven by the prime mover; wherein   the controller is located above the hydraulic pump.   
     
     
         17 . The working machine according to  claim 12 , further comprising:
 a muffler to receive exhaust gas guided from the prime mover; wherein   the controller is located above the muffler.   
     
     
         18 . The working machine according to  claim 12 , further comprising a heat shield body to shield the controller from heat transferred from a side where the prime mover is present. 
     
     
         19 . The working machine according to  claim 18 , further comprising:
 an attachment bracket to attach the controller thereto; wherein   the attachment bracket is located at a distance from the heat shield body.   
     
     
         20 . The working machine according to  claim 19 , further comprising:
 a support frame vertically provided on the machine body inside the hood to support the hood; wherein   the attachment bracket is attached to the support frame.
