Abstract
A fuel production method from a biomass raw material includes: a synthesis gas production step of causing a biomass raw material, hydrogen, water, and carbon dioxide to react and producing a synthesis gas that includes hydrogen and carbon monoxide; and a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis step of separating a FT offgas that includes hydrogen after a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction of the synthesis gas is performed to thereby produce a Fischer-Tropsch oil, wherein the hydrogen supplied to the synthesis gas production step includes the hydrogen in the FT offgas.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A fuel production method from a biomass raw material, the fuel production method comprising:
a synthesis gas production step of causing a biomass raw material, hydrogen, water, and carbon dioxide to react and producing a synthesis gas that includes hydrogen and carbon monoxide; and a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis step of separating a FT offgas that includes hydrogen after a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction of the synthesis gas is performed to thereby produce a Fischer-Tropsch oil, wherein the hydrogen supplied to the synthesis gas production step includes the hydrogen in the FT offgas.
2 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 , comprising: no heavy carbon hydride removal step of removing carbon hydride which is included in the FT offgas and in which a carbon number is 5 or more.
3 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 , comprising:
a hydrogen supply step of supplying the hydrogen in the FT offgas to the synthesis gas production step.
4 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 ,
wherein only the hydrogen in the FT offgas is supplied as the hydrogen.
5 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 , comprising:
a gas separation step of separating the FT offgas into a gasification assistance gas that includes hydrogen and a heat source gas that includes carbon hydride.
6 . The fuel production method according to claim 5 , comprising:
a heat source gas supply step of supplying the heat source gas as a heat source in the synthesis gas production step.
7 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 , comprising:
a water vapor supply step of supplying water vapor as water in the synthesis gas production step such that a mass ratio represented by [mass of water vapor]/[mass of biomass] is less than 1.0.
8 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 ,
wherein the FT offgas is obtained by a fractional distillation step(s) of fractionating a liquid fuel after the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis step and after hydrocracking the Fischer-Tropsch oil.
9 . The fuel production method according to claim 1 ,
wherein the FT offgas is obtained by a fractional distillation step ( 1 ) of fractionating the Fischer-Tropsch oil after the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis step and before performing hydrorefining or hydrocracking of the Fischer-Tropsch oil.
10 . A fuel production system for producing a fuel from a biomass raw material, the fuel production system comprising:
a gasification device that causes a biomass raw material, hydrogen, water, and carbon dioxide to react and produces a synthesis gas which includes hydrogen and carbon monoxide; a Fischer-Tropsch device that separates a FT offgas which includes hydrogen after a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction of the synthesis gas is performed and thereby produces a Fischer-Tropsch oil; and a hydrogen supply device that supplies the hydrogen in the FT offgas to the gasification device.
11 . The fuel production system according to claim 10 , comprising:
no heavy carbon hydride removal device that removes carbon hydride which is included in the FT offgas and in which a carbon number is 5 or more.
12 . The fuel production system according to claim 10 , comprising:
only a hydrogen supply device that supplies the hydrogen in the FT offgas to the gasification device as the hydrogen supply device.
13 . The fuel production system according to claim 10 , comprising:
a gas separation device that separates the FT offgas into a gasification assistance gas which includes hydrogen and a heat source gas which includes carbon hydride.
14 . The fuel production system according to claim 13 , comprising:
a heat source gas supply device that supplies the heat source gas as a heat source in a synthesis gas production step.
15 . The fuel production system according to claim 10 , comprising:
a water vapor supply device that supplies water vapor as water to the gasification device such that a mass ratio represented by [mass of water vapor]/[mass of biomass] is less than 1.0.
16 . The fuel production system according to claim 10 , comprising:
a fractional distillation device(S) that fractionates a liquid fuel and the FT offgas on a downstream side of the Fischer-Tropsch device and a downstream side of a hydrocracking device that hydrocracks the Fischer-Tropsch oil.
17 . The fuel production system according to claim 10 , comprising:
a fractional distillation device (L) that fractionates the Fischer-Tropsch oil and the FT offgas on a downstream side of the Fischer-Tropsch device and an upstream side of a hydrorefining device that performs hydrorefining of the Fischer-Tropsch oil.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
