Abstract

A carry bag is disclosed with an integrated dehumidifying device mounted at its base. The device includes a top aerated plate that allows moisture-laden air from the bag's interior to pass through into a desiccant compartment containing moisture-absorbing materials such as silica gel and bamboo charcoal. Drain holes near the periphery of the plate channel liquid through drainage tubes or aligned holes to a bottom plate with perforations. A bottom lid encloses the device. The system reduces humidity within the bag, protects contents such as sporting equipment from rust and mold, and provides a rigid, elevated base with easy maintenance access.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A carry bag comprising:
a sac, wherein a bottom of the sac includes a cylindrical sleeve; and a dehumidifying device coupled to the cylindrical sleeve via a fastener, wherein the dehumidifying device comprises:
a desiccant compartment configured to receive a desiccant, and wherein the desiccant compartment is in fluid communication with an inner volume of the sac.

2 . The carry bag of claim 1 , wherein the sac has a long-standing profile configured to store golf equipment.

3 . The carry bag of claim 1 , wherein the fastener is a zipper.

4 . The carry bag of claim 1 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
an aerated hard plate forming a top of the dehumidifying device and configured to cover the cylindrical sleeve, wherein the aerated hard plate is configured to permit exchange of moisture between the inner volume of the sac and the desiccant compartment.

5 . The carry bag of claim 4 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
a desiccant plate, wherein the aerated hard plate and the desiccant plate together form the desiccant compartment.

6 . The carry bag of claim 5 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
 a bottom perforated plate.

7 . The carry bag of claim 6 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
a removable lid forming a bottom of the dehumidifying device.

8 . A method of storing golf equipment, the method comprises:
 providing a carry bag comprising:
a sac, wherein a bottom of the sac includes a cylindrical sleeve; and
a dehumidifying device coupled to the cylindrical sleeve via a fastener, wherein the dehumidifying device comprises a desiccant compartment configured to receive a desiccant, and wherein the desiccant compartment is in fluid communication with an inner volume of the sac, adding the desiccant into the desiccant compartment; and
storing the golf equipment into the carry bag.

9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the sac has a long-standing profile.

10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the fastener is a zipper.

11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
an aerated hard plate forming a top of the dehumidifying device and configured to cover the cylindrical sleeve, wherein the aerated hard plate is configured to permit an exchange of moisture between the inner volume of the sac and the desiccant compartment.

12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
a desiccant plate, wherein the aerated hard plate and the desiccant plate together form the desiccant compartment.

13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
 a bottom perforated plate.

14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the dehumidifying device further comprises:
a removable lid forming a bottom of the dehumidifying device.
