Abstract
A paddleboard is modified by creating an opening in the center of the paddleboard and inserting the paddle shaft through the opening of the paddleboard. The paddle would have a handle on one end of the shaft of the paddle and a pair of blades on the opposite end. The pair of blades rotate around the shaft as the user pushes and pulls the handle to operate the paddleboard.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedThe inventor claims:
1 . A paddleboard with integrated paddle which is comprised of:
a paddleboard, wherein the paddleboard is planar, wherein the paddleboard is a predetermined shape, wherein the paddleboard has a top surface, wherein the paddleboard has a bottom surface an opening, wherein an opening is placed in the center of the bottom surface of the paddleboard, wherein the opening is large enough to permit movement of the shaft within the opening, a paddle, wherein the paddle is a predetermined length, wherein the paddle has a first end and a second end, wherein a handle is located on the first end of the paddle, wherein a pair of blades are placed at the second end of the paddle, retaining clips, wherein the pair of blades are secured to the second end of the paddle by the retaining clips, wherein the pair of blades rotate around the center of the shaft, a stop mechanism, wherein the stop mechanism is located on the second end of the paddle, wherein the stop mechanism prevents the pair of blades from moving beyond a predetermined point, a ball and socket connection, wherein the ball and socket connection point is placed in the center of the paddleboard, wherein the shaft of the paddle travels through the opening in the center of the paddleboard; wherein the ball and socket connection point secures the shaft to the paddleboard in the center of the paddleboard, wherein the ball and socket allows movement of the shaft of the paddle in all directions.
2 . A paddleboard with integrated paddle as described in claim 1 wherein the connection point is a ball and socket.
3 . A paddleboard with integrated paddle as described in claim 1 wherein the paddle can be rotated around the shaft at the second end of the paddle.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
