Abstract

A game device includes: a play board that includes a base and guide pins disposed on the base in rows along a predetermined direction of the base, a play medium hitting and rebounding from at least one of the guide pins to change a movement direction; a medium reception unit that is disposed on the base and configured to receive the play medium rebounded from the at least one of guide pins; and a medium throwing unit that throws the play medium toward the guide pins such that the play medium reaches the medium reception unit. The guide pins are configured to meet at least one of conditions that: at least one of the guide pins has elasticity different from elasticity of another of the guide pins; and at least one inter-row distance between the rows is different from another inter-row distance.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A game device, comprising:
 a play board that comprises:
 a base; and
 guide pins disposed on the base in rows along a predetermined direction of the base, wherein
 a play medium may hit and rebound from at least one of the guide pins to change a movement direction;

   a medium reception unit that is disposed on the base and configured to receive the play medium rebounded from the at least one of guide pins; and a medium throwing unit that throws the play medium toward the guide pins such that the play medium reaches the medium reception unit, wherein the guide pins are configured to meet at least one of conditions that:
 at least one of the guide pins has elasticity different from elasticity of another of the guide pins; and
 at least one inter-row distance between the rows is different from another inter-row distance.

         2 . The game device according to claim 1 , wherein
 the guide pins include:
 a first guide pin having a first elasticity; and
 a second guide pin having a second elasticity greater than the first elasticity, and
   the second guide pin is disposed closer to a first end side of the base than some or all of the first guide pins in the predetermined direction.

         3 . The game device according to claim 2 , wherein
 among the rows, a first row closest to the medium throwing unit in the predetermined direction is constituted by the first guide pin.

         4 . The game device according to claim 3 , wherein
 the medium throwing unit has a relationship with the play medium that:
 d<l≤2d, where
 d denotes a maximum diameter of the play medium, and l denotes a shortest distance between the medium throwing unit and the first row.

         5 . The game device according to claim 3 , wherein
 among the rows, a number of rows formed by the second guide pin is greater than a number of rows formed by the first guide pin.

         6 . The game device according to claim 1 , wherein
 among inter-row distances each between the rows, at least one inter-row distance is larger than another of the inter-row distances.

         7 . The game device according to claim 6 , wherein
 the at least one inter-row distance is closer to a first end side of the base than a second row disposed close to a second end side of the base in the predetermined direction.

         8 . The game device according to claim 1 , wherein
 each of the guide pins is attached to the base via an attachment fixture; and the attachment fixture is made of a material having a lower hardness than each of the guide pins, and prevent each of the guide pins from directly contacting the base.

         9 . A lottery game device, comprising:
 a first lottery game unit that executes a Corinth game and comprises the game device according to claim 1 ; a second lottery game unit that executes a Pusher game using a medal and a ball; a starting medium reception unit that receives a play starting medium thrown by a player's operation; a payout unit that pays out a play result medium to a player; and a controller configured to pay out the play result medium to the payout unit, wherein the play result medium corresponds to one of:
 a lottery result of the Corinth game started in response to the starting medium reception unit receiving the play starting medium;
 a medal lottery result of the Pusher game; and
 a lottery result of the Corinth game started based on a ball lottery result of the Pusher game.
