Abstract

A cleaner includes a housing having an introduction opening through which air is introduced, a filtering unit configured to be mounted in an inner space of the housing, and defining a dust collection space between the filtering unit and an inner surface of the housing, and a cleaning unit configured to surround the filtering unit, and configured to be raised and lowered inside the dust collection space along with a manipulation unit, wherein, when the cleaning unit is in an initial position, at least a portion of the cleaning unit is connected to an air introduction path extending from the introduction opening to form a guide flow path to guide a flow of introduced air.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cleaning apparatus comprising:
 a housing having an introduction opening through which air is introduced;   a filter configured to be mounted in an inner space of the housing, and defining a dust collection space between the filter and an inner surface of the housing; and   a cleaner having a cleaning body and configured to surround the filter, and configured to be raised and lowered inside the dust collection space,   wherein, when the cleaner is in an initial position, at least a portion of the cleaner is connected to an air introduction path extending from the introduction opening to form a guide flow path to guide a flow of the introduced air,   wherein a ring-shaped upper cleaning part is formed on an upper part of the cleaner corresponding to a side opposite to the guide flow path,   wherein the upper cleaning part comprises a plurality of sections arranged along a circumferential direction,   wherein a first section among the plurality of sections extends, based on a highest point with respect to a raising/lowering direction of the cleaner, in a direction in which a radius of the upper cleaning part decreases, and   wherein a second section among the plurality of sections extends, based on the highest point with respect to the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner, in a direction in which the radius of the upper cleaning part increases.   
     
     
         2 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sections form a continuous path along the circumferential direction of the upper cleaning part. 
     
     
         3 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the upper cleaning part comprises an entrance and an exit that are spaced apart from each other along the circumferential direction of the cleaner,
 wherein the entrance of the upper cleaning part is disposed more adjacent to the introduction opening than the exit of the upper cleaning part, and   wherein a height of the entrance is higher than a height of the exit based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner.   
     
     
         4 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sections comprise:
 a first section extending from the highest point in a direction in which a radius of the upper cleaning part decreases, based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner;   a second section connected to the first section and forming a continuous path therewith; and   a third section connecting between the first and second sections, and extending from the highest point in a direction in which a radius of the upper cleaning part increases, based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner.   
     
     
         5 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the first section has a greater height than the third section based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner. 
     
     
         6 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 4 , wherein the cleaning body has an air introduction part connected to the introduction opening, and
 wherein a duct blade is provided between the first section and the third section so as to block one side of an air inlet.   
     
     
         7 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 6 , wherein the third section is formed to decrease in height toward the duct blade based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner. 
     
     
         8 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein the upper cleaning part includes an entrance and an exit spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the cleaner, and
 wherein the exit of the upper cleaning part extends to the duct blade.   
     
     
         9 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 7 , wherein a height of one end of the first section connected to the duct blade is greater than a height of one end of the third section connected to the duct blade, based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner. 
     
     
         10 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the second section has a lower height than the first section based on the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner. 
     
     
         11 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein a radial width of the second section is narrower than a radial width of the first section. 
     
     
         12 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 11 , wherein the radial width of the second section gradually narrows toward the first section. 
     
     
         13 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein a spaced is formed between the second section and the inner surface of the housing to define an exit of the upper cleaning part. 
     
     
         14 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein an upper fence protrudes upward in the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner from an edge of the cleaning body, and wherein the upper fence forms an air flow path through the upper cleaning part. 
     
     
         15 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 14 , wherein the upper fence protrudes in the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner from an upper edge of the cleaning body to form a part of the upper cleaning part. 
     
     
         16 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 14 , wherein the upper fence is provided on the first section and omitted from the second section. 
     
     
         17 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 14 , wherein the cleaning body comprises:
 a guide wall; and   a guide fence spaced radially apart from the guide wall to form the guide flow path between the guide wall and the guide fence, and   wherein the upper fence and the guide fence are connected in the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner.   
     
     
         18 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein the cleaning body comprises:
 a guide wall; and   a guide fence spaced radially apart from the guide wall to form the guide flow path between the guide wall and the guide fence, and   wherein the guide flow path forms a segregated air path from the upper cleaning part.   
     
     
         19 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 1 , wherein a connecting plate extends in the raising/lowering direction of the cleaner from the cleaning body, and
 wherein the connecting plate is connected to a manipulation unit configured to raise and lower the cleaner.   
     
     
         20 . The cleaning apparatus of  claim 19 , wherein a reinforcement plate is overlapped on the connection plate, and
 wherein the reinforcement plate is provided with a connection bracket connected to the manipulation unit.
