Packaging for cosmetics

Abstract

A packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) is provided, comprising a hollow container ( 2 ) adapted to stably contain a powder product, defining a central axis ( 2 a ) and including at least walls ( 20 ) developing around the central axis ( 2 a ), a bottom ( 21 ) delimited by the walls ( 20 ) developing transversely to the central axis ( 2 a ), an access ( 22 ) delimited by the walls ( 20 ) at a side of the container ( 2 ) opposite the bottom ( 21 ); a first frame ( 3 ) developing around the central axis ( 2 a ) and perimetrically constrained within the walls ( 20 ) at the access ( 22 ); a second frame ( 4 ) developing around the central axis ( 2 a ) and perimetrically constrained within the walls ( 20 ), placed between the first frame ( 3 ) and the bottom ( 21 ) close to the first frame ( 3 ); a perforated membrane ( 5 ) permeable to the powder product and trapped being stretched between the first frame ( 3 ) and the second frame ( 4 ); and a support surface ( 6 ) integral with the second frame ( 4 ) and developing transversely to the central axis ( 2 a ) surrounded by the second frame ( 4 ) in such a way as to be able to support, close to the membrane ( 5 ), the powder product. 1 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) comprising:
 a hollow container ( 2 ) adapted to stably contain a powder product, defining a central axis ( 2   a ) and including at least:   walls ( 20 ) developing around said central axis ( 2   a ),   a bottom ( 21 ) delimited by said walls ( 20 ) developing transversely to said central axis ( 2   a ),   an access ( 22 ) delimited by said walls ( 20 ) at a side of said container ( 2 ) opposite said bottom ( 21 );   a first frame ( 3 ) developing around said central axis ( 2   a ) and perimetrically constrained within said walls ( 20 ) at said access ( 22 );   a second frame ( 4 ) developing around said central axis ( 2   a ) and perimetrically constrained within said walls ( 20 ) and placed between said first frame ( 3 ) and said bottom ( 21 ) close to said first frame ( 3 );   a perforated membrane ( 5 ) permeable to said powder product and trapped being stretched between said first frame ( 3 ) and said second frame ( 4 );   a support surface ( 6 ) integral with said second frame ( 4 ), developing transversely to said central axis ( 2   a ) surrounded by said second frame ( 4 ) and placed between said membrane ( 5 ) and said bottom ( 21 ) in such a way as to be able to support, close to said membrane ( 5 ), said powder product;   
       and characterized in that
 said support surface ( 6 ) is perimetrically less extended than said membrane ( 5 ) perpendicular to said central axis ( 2   a ) such that, from the deposition of said powder product on said support surface ( 6 ) alone, the shape defined by said support surface ( 6 ) is visible through said membrane ( 5 ) than the rest of said membrane ( 5 ). 
 
     
     
         2 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein said support surface ( 6 ) is spaced with respect to said membrane ( 5 ) and said membrane ( 5 ) is stretched in such a way that it can be brought into contact with said support surface ( 6 ) by exerting pressure on said membrane ( 5 ) with a brush. 
     
     
         3 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein said support surface ( 6 ) is constrained to said second frame ( 4 ) or to said container ( 2 ) or to a face of said membrane ( 5 ) facing said bottom ( 21 ). 
     
     
         4 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein said support surface ( 6 ) is smooth or rough or knurled. 
     
     
         5 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein said support surface ( 6 ) is centred with respect to said central axis ( 2   a ). 
     
     
         6 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , wherein said support surface ( 6 ) is shaped in such a way as to define one or more letters or a design. 
     
     
         7 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 1 , comprising a lid ( 7 ) that can be coupled to said container ( 2 ) at said access ( 22 ) in such a way as to close said frames ( 3 ,  4 ), said membrane ( 5 ), and said support surface ( 6 ) between said container ( 2 ) and said lid ( 7 ). 
     
     
         8 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 7 , further comprising at least one gasket ( 8 ) integral with said lid ( 7 ), developing around said central axis ( 2   a ) and configured in such a way as to adhere perimetrically to said first frame ( 3 ), when said container ( 2 ) and said lid ( 7 ) are coupled, to seal said packaging ( 1 ). 
     
     
         9 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 7 , further comprising at least one cushion ( 9 ) integral with said lid ( 7 ), developing transversely to said central axis ( 2   a ) and configured to adhere to said first frame ( 3 ) to plug said first frame ( 3 ) when said container ( 2 ) and said lid ( 7 ) are coupled. 
     
     
         10 . Packaging for cosmetics ( 1 ) according to  claim 9 , wherein said cushion ( 9 ) is constrained to said lid ( 7 ) or to said gasket ( 8 ).
