Artificial hair
Abstract
The present invention provides artificial hair having a fluffy and voluminous shape by being immersed in hot water. The artificial hair includes a fiber cord in which one or a plurality of fiber bundles are braided, helically wound, or fixed at intervals with a plurality of fixtures, and has a configuration in which the fiber bundle includes at least first fibers and second fibers having different softening temperatures, and the fiber cord has a plurality of processing regions in a middle section in a longitudinal direction, and in the fiber cord, the number of the processing regions is five or more, and the arithmetic average length of the plurality of processing regions in the longitudinal direction in a suspended state is 0.7 cm or more and 6 cm or less.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Artificial hair comprising:
a fiber cord in which one or a plurality of fiber bundles are braided, helically wound, or fixed at intervals with a plurality of fixtures, wherein the fiber bundle includes at least first fibers and second fibers having different softening temperatures, the fiber cord has a plurality of processing regions in a middle section in a longitudinal direction, the plurality of processing regions are any of a region between stitches, a region corresponding to a helical pitch, and a region between the fixtures, adjacent in the longitudinal direction, and in the fiber cord, a number of the processing regions is five or more, and an arithmetic average length of the plurality of processing regions in the longitudinal direction in a suspended state is 0.7 cm or more and 6 cm or less.
2 . The artificial hair according to claim 1 , wherein
the first fibers have a heat shrinkage rate of 5% or less when heated at 90° C. for 10 seconds, and the second fibers have a heat shrinkage rate of 10% or more when heated at 90° C. for 10 seconds.
3 . The artificial hair according to claim 2 , wherein the first fibers and the second fibers are both made of polyvinyl chloride fibers.
4 . The artificial hair according to claim 2 , wherein
the first fibers have a softening temperature exceeding 100° C., and the second fibers have a softening temperature of less than 80° C.
5 . The artificial hair according to claim 2 , wherein an amount of the second fibers is 10 parts by mass or more and 50 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of a total of the first fibers and the second fibers.
6 . The artificial hair according to claim 2 , wherein an amount of the first fibers is 50 parts by mass or more and 90 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of a total of the first fibers and the second fibers.
7 . The artificial hair according to claim 1 , wherein in the fiber cord, the number of the processing regions is ten or more, and the arithmetic average length of the plurality of processing regions in the longitudinal direction in the suspended state is 5 cm or less.
8 . The artificial hair according to claim 1 , wherein when the artificial hair was heated at 90° C. for 10 seconds, a volume change rate before and after heating is 160% or more, and a density after heating is 0.07 g/cm 3 or more.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
