Abstract

A lighted walking stick includes a transparent shaft defined along an axis; a handle mounted to the transparent shaft along the axis; an illuminator mounted within the handle and directed along the axis; and a tip mounted to the transparent shaft along the axis.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A lighted walking stick, comprising:
 a transparent shaft defined along an axis;   a handle mounted to the transparent shaft along the axis;   an illuminator mounted within the handle and directed along the axis;   and a tip mounted to the transparent shaft along the axis.   
     
     
         2 . The lighted walking stick as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the shaft is any diameter and between 30 and 72 inches in length. 
     
     
         3 . The lighted walking stick as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the illuminator is a flashlight contained within the handle. 
     
     
         4 . The lighted walking stick as recited in  claim 1 , wherein the illuminator provides a multiple of colors. 
     
     
         5 . The lighted walking stick as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising a wrap at least partially around the handle. 
     
     
         6 . The lighted walking stick as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising a reflector within the tip.
