Front-opening trolley case with easy-to-assemble front cover

Abstract

The utility model relates to the technical field of bags, in particular to a front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover. An existing trolley case is assembled fixedly and cannot be replaced easily. The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover comprises a main body, one side of the main body is provided with a front cover structure, the front cover structure comprises a middle plate and an outer frame, and the middle plate is detachably connected with the outer frame. The manufacturing of new products only needs to re-design and make a mold for the middle plate which is then assembled with the outer frame, which controls the cost to a certain extent, simplifies production and assembly technologies and provides a more beautiful appearance, thus having a good development prospect.

What is claimed is:

A front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover, comprising a main body ( 1 ), one side of the main body ( 1 ) is provided with a front cover structure, the front cover structure comprises a middle plate and an outer frame ( 4 ), and the middle plate is detachably connected with the outer frame ( 4 ).

The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the outer frame ( 4 ) is arranged at the periphery of the middle plate, the middle plate comprises a flip cover ( 3 ) and a front cover frame body ( 2 ), the front cover frame body ( 2 ) is detachably connected with the outer frame ( 4 ), and the outer frame ( 4 ) is connected with the main body ( 1 ) through a zipper structure. 
     
     
         3 . The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 2 , wherein a fastening structure is arranged between the outer frame ( 4 ) and the front cover frame body ( 2 ).

The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 3 , wherein the fastening structure comprises a clamping groove ( 202 ) and a clamping strip ( 401 ), the clamping groove ( 202 ) is arranged on the front cover frame body ( 2 ), the clamping strip ( 401 ) is arranged on the inner side of the outer frame ( 4 ), and the clamping strip ( 401 ) is matched with the clamping groove ( 202 ) in shape.

The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 2 , wherein a connecting edge ( 201 ) is arranged at the periphery of the front cover frame body ( 2 ), and the connecting edge ( 201 ) and the outer frame ( 4 ) are provided with screw holes in corresponding positions and fixed by bolts.

The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 2 , wherein the flip cover ( 3 ) and the front cover frame body ( 2 ) are connected by a zipper arranged in the same plane to realize the opening and closing of the front cover structure.

The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 2 , wherein the flip cover ( 3 ) and the front cover frame body ( 2 ) both have a plate-like structure with a certain thickness and are combined to form a middle plate structure with an accommodating space.

The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 2 , wherein the outer edge of the outer frame ( 4 ) is fitted with the outer edge of the main body ( 1 ), and an operating space is arranged between the inner edge of the outer frame ( 4 ) and the outer edge of the flip cover ( 3 ). 
     
     
         9 . The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the bottom of the outer frame ( 4 ) is provided with grooves ( 5 ) in which casters are arranged. 
     
     
         10 . The front-opening trolley case with an easy-to-assemble front cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the front cover structure is communicated with the accommodating space in the main body ( 1 ).
