Combination Golf Shirt and Football Jersey

Abstract

A combination golf shirt and football jersey that provides a way for people to wear a relatively nicer shirt than a football jersey to support their favorite football team. The combination golf shirt and football jersey is made of various shirt styles and various collar and sleeve features as well as various fastener features for a polo shirt or a V-neck shirt. The combination golf shirt and football jersey includes an inside zipper having a 2-seam split disposed inside of the combination golf shirt and football jersey to attach or detach the shirt upper from the jersey portion that pull tucks under material around a user's armpit area.

I claim: 
     
         1 . A combination golf shirt and football jersey, comprising:
 a shirt upper adapted to extend from an upper part of a user's chest down to a user's sternum;   a jersey portion coupled to the shirt upper; and   a fastener coupling the jersey portion to the shirt upper.   
     
     
         2 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the shirt upper is a polo shirt. 
     
     
         3 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 2 , wherein the polo shirt is a lady's polo shirt. 
     
     
         4 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the shirt upper is a V-neck shirt. 
     
     
         5 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the shirt upper is a jersey collar shirt. 
     
     
         6 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the jersey portion includes one or more jersey numbers. 
     
     
         7 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 6 , wherein the one or more jersey numbers are made of vinyl or are on-lay embossed numbers. 
     
     
         8 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 6 , wherein the one or more jersey numbers are on-lay embossed numbers. 
     
     
         9 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 6 , wherein the one or more jersey numbers are replaceable. 
     
     
         10 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the jersey portion is a traditional football jersey. 
     
     
         11 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the jersey portion is made of mesh. 
     
     
         12 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the combination golf shirt and football jersey is made of a Tri-Stripe blended into a button of a golf shirt. 
     
     
         13 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the combination golf shirt and football jersey is joining materials together via a rolled stitch. 
     
     
         14 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the combination golf shirt and football jersey includes a plurality of stitching styles selected from the group consisting of a back stitch, a slip or ladder stitch, a whip stitch, a catch stitch, a running stitch, a running baste stitch, or a blanket stitch. 
     
     
         15 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , further comprising an inside zipper that includes a 2-seam split disposed inside of the combination golf shirt and football jersey to attach or detach the shirt upper from the jersey portion. 
     
     
         16 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 15 , wherein the inside zipper includes a double seam that covers the inside zipper. 
     
     
         17 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 15 , wherein the inside zipper pull tucks under material around a user's armpit area. 
     
     
         18 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is a zipper. 
     
     
         19 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is a plurality of hook and loop fasteners. 
     
     
         20 . The combination golf shirt and football jersey of  claim 1 , wherein the fastener is one or more buttons.
