Abstract
A stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller is provided. The ice shaver includes a housing. An accommodation cavity and a mixing cavity are disposed in the housing. A compressor, a condenser, a circuit board assembly, a drive motor and a transmission mechanism are installed in the accommodation cavity. A stirring roller is disposed in the mixing cavity. The stirring roller includes a drive shaft in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism, a cooler circumferentially disposed around the drive shaft and fixedly connected with the drive shaft, an anti-coagulation layer wrapped on an outer surface of the cooler, and a spiral blade spirally wound around the cooler and circumferentially disposed in a circumferential direction of the anti-coagulation layer.

A stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller, comprising a housing, wherein an accommodation cavity and a mixing cavity ( 1 ) are disposed in the housing, a compressor ( 6 ), a condenser ( 8 ), a circuit board assembly ( 9 ), a drive motor ( 4 ) and a transmission mechanism ( 3 ) are installed in the accommodation cavity, a stirring roller ( 2 ) is disposed in the mixing cavity ( 1 ), the compressor ( 6 ) and the drive motor ( 4 ) are both electrically connected with the circuit board assembly ( 9 ), the stirring roller ( 2 ) includes a drive shaft ( 21 ) in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism ( 3 ), a cooler ( 22 ) circumferentially disposed around the drive shaft ( 21 ) and fixedly connected with the drive shaft ( 21 ), an anti-coagulation layer ( 23 ) wrapped on an outer surface of the cooler ( 22 ), and a spiral blade ( 24 ) spirally wound around the cooler ( 22 ) and circumferentially disposed around the anti-coagulation layer ( 23 ), the spiral blade ( 24 ) is fixedly connected with the drive shaft ( 21 ) and driven by the drive shaft ( 21 ) to rotate circumferentially around the cooler ( 22 ) with the drive shaft ( 21 ) as a center shaft, and one side surface of the anti-coagulation layer ( 23 ) away from the cooler ( 22 ) is a smooth surface or an anti-sticking surface.
2 . The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein the compressor ( 6 ), the condenser ( 8 ) and the cooler ( 22 ) are connected through a pipeline to form a refrigeration loop.

The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein the cooler ( 2 ) has a circular tube shape, a refrigeration interlayer ( 221 ) is disposed in a circumferential wall surface of the cooler ( 22 ), the refrigeration interlayer ( 221 ) communicates with a liquid inlet pipe ( 222 ) and a liquid outlet pipe ( 223 ), the liquid inlet pipe ( 222 ) communicates with an output end of the condenser ( 8 ), and the liquid inlet pipe ( 233 ) communicates with an input end of the compressor ( 6 ).
4 . The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein the cooler ( 22 ) is a stainless steel member or an aluminum alloy member.

The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein one end of the cooler ( 22 ) close to the transmission mechanism ( 3 ) is fixedly fastened on the housing through a stirring roller fixed support ( 27 ), the drive shaft ( 21 ) runs through two opposite ends of the cooler ( 22 ), one end of the drive shaft ( 21 ) away from the transmission mechanism ( 3 ) is rotatably connected with the cooler ( 22 ) through a bearing assembly ( 25 ), and the spiral blade ( 24 ) is fixedly connected with one end of the drive shaft ( 21 ) away from the transmission mechanism ( 3 ).
6 . The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein the transmission mechanism ( 3 ) is a gear set transmission mechanism.

The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein a stirring roller installation through hole ( 13 ) communicating with inside and outside of the mixing cavity ( 1 ) is formed in a wall surface of the mixing cavity ( 1 ), the stirring roller ( 2 ) stretches into the mixing cavity ( 1 ) from the stirring roller installation through hole ( 13 ), and the stirring roller ( 2 ) and the stirring roller installation through hole ( 13 ) realize a water-seal connection through a seal ring ( 26 ).

The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein an upper end of the mixing cavity ( 1 ) is movably covered with a mixing cavity cover ( 11 ), a temperature sensor ( 14 ) is disposed in the mixing cavity ( 1 ), the temperature sensor ( 14 ) is electrically connected with the circuit board assembly ( 9 ), and a discharge assembly ( 12 ) is disposed on one side wall surface of the mixing cavity ( 1 ).
9 . The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein the anti-coagulation layer ( 23 ) is any one of a glass layer, a ceramic layer, a ceramic glass layer, a nano-ceramic layer and a Teflon layer.

The stably-working and non-stagnant ice shaver with a stirring roller according to claim 1 , wherein a motor fan ( 5 ) is disposed on one side of the drive motor ( 4 ), a cooling fan ( 7 ) is disposed on one side of the condenser ( 8 ), an air inlet hole ( 15 ) and a heat emission hole ( 16 ) are formed in the housing, the motor fan ( 5 ) guides air located at the air inlet hole ( 15 ) to blow outward from the heat emission hole ( 16 ) after flowing through the drive motor ( 4 ) and the transmission mechanism ( 3 ), the cooling fan ( 7 ) guides air located at the air inlet hole ( 15 ) to blow outward from the heat emission hole ( 16 ) after flowing through the condenser ( 8 ), the circuit board assembly ( 9 ) is electrically connected with a display assembly ( 91 ), a button assembly ( 92 ) and a power port, and the display assembly ( 91 ), the button assembly ( 92 ) and the power port are all disposed in a preset through hole of the housing and stretch outward from the through hole.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
