Shuffling machine

Abstract

A shuffling machine pertains to the field of card machine technology, including a housing, a first card-receiving plate, a second card-receiving plate, and a shuffling mechanism. The shuffling mechanism includes a first shuffling wheel, a second shuffling wheel, a drive member, a first transmission assembly, and a second transmission assembly. The first shuffling wheel is arranged on the first card-receiving plate, and the second shuffling wheel is arranged on the second card-receiving plate. Only one drive member is provided, which simultaneously drives the first shuffling wheel and second shuffling wheel to rotate respectively through the first transmission assembly and the second transmission assembly, so as to move playing cards located on the first card-receiving plate towards the first shuffling channel, and playing cards located on the second card-receiving plate towards the second shuffling channel.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A shuffling machine, comprising:
 a housing having a card compartment for holding playing cards, wherein the card compartment is provided with a card retrieval opening;   a first card-receiving plate disposed on the housing on one side of an upper end of the card compartment, and a first shuffling channel being arranged between the first card-receiving plate and the card compartment;   a second card-receiving plate disposed on the housing at another side of the upper end of the card compartment, and a second shuffling channel being arranged between the second card-receiving plate and the card compartment; and   a shuffling mechanism correspondingly disposed on the housing, the first card-receiving plate, and the second card-receiving plate, wherein the shuffling mechanism is configured to shuffle playing cards from the first card-receiving plate and second card-receiving plate into the card compartment respectively through the first shuffling channel and the second shuffling channel;   the shuffling mechanism including:
 a first shuffling wheel disposed in the housing and partially exposed from the first card-receiving plate; 
 a second shuffling wheel disposed in the housing and partially exposed from the second card-receiving plate; 
 a drive member disposed in the housing; 
 a first transmission assembly disposed in the housing and connected to an output end of the drive member, wherein, when the first transmission assembly is driven by the drive member, the first transmission assembly drives the first shuffling wheel to move the playing cards on the first card-receiving plate towards the first shuffling channel; and 
 a second transmission assembly disposed in the housing and driveably connected to the first transmission assembly, wherein, when the second transmission assembly is driven by the first transmission assembly, the second transmission assembly drives the second shuffling wheel to move the playing cards on the second card-receiving plate towards the second shuffling channel. 
   
     
     
         2 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the housing includes:
 a main body having the card compartment and an extension part extending upwards; and   an upper baffle connected to the extension part and extending to an upper side of the card compartment;   wherein the first card-receiving plate and the second card-receiving plate are correspondingly arranged on an upper end of the main body, and respectively on two sides of the extension part that are adjacent to each other;   wherein the first shuffling channel is arranged between the first card-receiving plate and the upper baffle, and the second shuffling channel is arranged between the second card-receiving plate and the upper baffle.   
     
     
         3 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 2 , wherein one part of the main body arranged at one side of the card compartment and below the first card-receiving plate is provided with a first cavity, another part the main body arranged at another side of the card compartment and below the second card-receiving plate is provided with a second cavity, the extension part has a third cavity, and the first cavity, the third cavity, and the second cavity are sequentially and spatially communicated with each other;
 wherein the first shuffling wheel is arranged in the first cavity and is partially exposed from the first card-receiving plate;   wherein the second shuffling wheel is arranged in the second cavity and is partially exposed from the second card-receiving plate;   wherein the first transmission assembly is arranged in the first cavity or corresponding in the first cavity and the third cavity; and   wherein the second transmission assembly is arranged correspondingly in the second cavity and the third cavity.   
     
     
         4 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 3 , wherein the drive member is a shuffling motor, and is arranged in the first cavity; the first transmission assembly includes a first shuffling shaft disposed in the first cavity and configured for coupling with the first shuffling wheel and for driving the first shuffling wheel to rotate, and a gear assembly correspondingly disposed in the first cavity and the third cavity, and having an input end connected to an output shaft of the shuffling motor and an output end connected to the first shuffling shaft; wherein the second transmission assembly includes a second shuffling shaft correspondingly disposed in the third cavity and the second cavity and configured for coupling with the second shuffling wheel and for driving the second shuffling wheel to rotate, and a pulley assembly correspondingly disposed in the third cavity and the second cavity, and having an input end engaged with the gear assembly and an output end connected to the second shuffling shaft. 
     
     
         5 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 4 , wherein the gear assembly includes:
 a gear head arranged in the third cavity and fixedly sleeved on the output shaft of the shuffling motor;   a first gear arranged in the third cavity and engaged with the gear head;   a first transmission shaft correspondingly arranged in the first cavity and the third cavity, and fixedly connected to a center of the first gear;   a second gear arranged in the first cavity and fixedly sleeved on another end of the first transmission shaft; and   a third gear arranged in the first cavity and engaged with the second gear;   wherein the third gear is fixedly sleeved on one end of the first shuffling shaft.   
     
     
         6 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 5 , wherein the pulley assembly includes:
 a fourth gear arranged in the third cavity, fixedly arranged on the first gear, and rotating synchronously with the first gear;   a fifth gear arranged at another end in the third cavity; and   a belt arranged in the third cavity and correspondingly sleeved on the fourth gear and the fifth gear;   wherein the second shuffling shaft is fixedly connected to a center of the fifth gear.

The shuffling machine according to  claim 6 , wherein the extension part has a first channel interconnecting the first cavity and the third cavity, and configured for the first transmission shaft to pass through; wherein the extension part has a second channel interconnecting the second cavity and the third cavity, and configured for the second shuffling shaft to pass through. 
     
     
         8 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 7 , wherein a first mounting frame is disposed in the first cavity, a second mounting frame is disposed in the second cavity, a third mounting frame is disposed in the third cavity; wherein a motor mounting frame is disposed in the first mounting frame, and the shuffling motor is mounted on the motor mounting frame; wherein the first shuffling wheel, the first shuffling shaft, one part of the first transmission shaft, the second gear, and the third gear are correspondingly mounted on the first mounting frame; the second shuffling wheel and the second shuffling shaft are correspondingly mounted on the second mounting frame; the gear head, the first gear, another part of the first transmission shaft, the fourth gear, and the fifth gear are correspondingly mounted on the third mounting frame. 
     
     
         9 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the card retrieval opening is arranged on a bottom side and/or a rear side of the card compartment. 
     
     
         10 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 2 , further comprising a shuffling sensor disposed on a lower surface of the upper baffle and/or on a side wall of the card compartment, and wherein the shuffling sensor configured to detect entry of the playing cards into the card compartment. 
     
     
         11 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 10 , wherein the shuffling sensor is mounted on the lower surface of the upper baffle and equidistant from the first second card-receiving plate and the second card-receiving plate. 
     
     
         12 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 10 , wherein two sets of shuffling sensors are provided; one set is disposed on the lower surface of the upper baffle and adjacent to the first card-receiving plate, and another set is disposed on the lower surface of the upper baffle and adjacent to the second card-receiving plate; or one set is disposed on the side wall of the card compartment and adjacent to the first card-receiving plate, and another set is disposed on the side wall of the card compartment and adjacent to the second card-receiving plate. 
     
     
         13 . The shuffling machine according to  claim 10 , wherein the shuffling sensor is any one of an infrared sensor, a Hall sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, and a capacitive proximity sensor.
