Tightening Buckle For Stabilizing Shoelaces
Abstract
A tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces is disclosed, including a clamping piece, a base, a shoelace winding member, an upper connector and a lower connector, and all of them have a cylindrical geometry. The clamping piece is configured to be mounted on outside of the upper connector, and the upper connector is configured to be fixedly connected to the shoelace winding member and also be rotationally connected to the lower connector via the shoelace winding member. The shoelace winding member is configured to be provided inside of the upper connector and the lower connector, and the base is configured to be mounted on outside of the lower connector. It can simplify overall structure as much as possible, and meanwhile also can ensure stability of use, thus prolonging service life.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces, comprising a clamping piece, a base, a shoelace winding member, an upper connector and a lower connector, wherein all of them have a cylindrical geometry; and
wherein the clamping piece is configured to be mounted on outside of the upper connector, and the upper connector is configured to be fixedly connected to the shoelace winding member and also be rotationally connected to the lower connector via the shoelace winding member; wherein the shoelace winding member is configured to be provided inside of the upper connector and the lower connector, and the base is configured to be mounted on outside of the lower connector; wherein a shoelace is connected between the lower connector and the shoelace winding member, the clamping piece is rotated to drive rotations of the upper connector and the shoelace winding member and also control the shoelace winding member to be coiled around the shoelace winding member or be loosened from the shoelace winding member.
2 . The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1 , wherein the upper connector comprises an outer housing and an inner housing, the outer housing is configured to be mounted on outside of the inner housing, and the inner housing comprises a mounting part disposed around a central axis of the inner housing and a mounting hole formed by the mounting part; and
wherein bottom of the mounting part is configured with a snap-fit part projecting inwardly, the shoelace winding member is configured with a mounting block corresponding to the mounting hole and the snap-fit part, and the mounting block is configured to be snapped into the mounting hole.
3 . The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 2 , wherein the bottom of the mounting part is further configured with a plurality of slots, and the shoelace winding member is configured with convex grooves corresponding in shape and size to the slots.
4 . The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 2 , wherein the lower connector comprises a hollow portion for providing space to mount the shoelace winding member, the hollow portion is configured with serrations equally spaced around periphery thereof, and the serrations is configured to be aligned with an end face of the shoelace winding member.
5 . The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1 , wherein the lower connector is configured with a lug boss disposed around bottom thereon and the base is configured to be snapped onto the lug boss.
6 . The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1 , wherein a top periphery of the upper connector is configured with a number of mounting grooves arranged in a circular pattern, and the clamping piece is configured to be snapped into the mounting grooves.
7 . The tightening buckle for stabilizing shoelaces according to claim 1 , wherein the lower connector is further configured with a limiting portion disposed around an inner wall thereon, and a bottom of the shoelace winding member is located below the limiting portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
