Abstract

Provided is a wig including a planting net divided into a plurality of planting nets, the planting net including a front planting net, one pair of side planting nets, and a rear planting net. The front planting net is manufactured as a wig fabric by knotting wig fibers, a loop pattern with a certain shape prepared in advance is provided as a plurality of portions on the one pair of side planting nets and the rear planting net, and an ornamental hairpiece in a certain shape is connected to the loop pattern, and the front planting net, the one pair of side planting nets, and the rear planting net are sewn together so that a user is able to create a more natural look when wearing the wig.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A wig comprising a planting net divided into a plurality of planting nets, the planting net comprising a front planting net, one pair of side planting nets, and a rear planting net,
wherein the front planting net is manufactured as a wig fabric by knotting wig fibers to the front planting net, a loop pattern with a certain shape prepared in advance is provided as a plurality of portions on the one pair of side planting nets and the rear planting net, and an ornamental hairpiece in a certain shape is connected to the loop pattern, and the front planting net, the one pair of side planting nets, and the rear planting net are sewn together.

2 . The wig of claim 1 , wherein the wig fibers knotted to the front planting net are braided together to manufacture a braid.

3 . The wig of claim 1 , wherein, in at least one of the one pair of side planting nets and the rear planting net, a pre-manufactured braid is connected to the loop pattern with the certain shape in a crochet method.

4 . The wig of claim 1 , wherein, in at least one of the one pair of side planting nets and the rear planting net, prepared wig fibers are connected to wig fiber strands drawn from the loop pattern with the certain shape to manufacture a braid.

5 . The wig of claim 1 , wherein, when wig fibers are knotted to the planting net, the loop pattern is formed by adjusting tension on the planting net.

6 . The wig of claim 5 , wherein the loop pattern is formed by adjusting a speed and a frequency at which the wig fibers are knotted together with the tension.

7 . The wig of claim 1 , wherein a breathable net is provided at a portion where the sewn planting nets contact a user's head.

8 . The wig of claim 1 , wherein a separation interval between the plurality of portions where the loop pattern is provided is set to vary according to a wig design and wig fibers are planted even in the separation interval to create a natural look.

9 . The wig of claim 5 , wherein the loop pattern is formed when the tension applied to the planting net is applied near a greatest slope of a load-strain curve, and the tension ranges from 20 N to 50 N.

         10 . A wig manufacturing method comprising:
manufacturing a planting net into which wig fibers are planted by using a computing device, the planting net comprising a front planting net, one pair of side planting nets, and a rear planting net; manufacturing a wig fabric by knotting wig fibers to at least one planting net from among the front planting net, the one pair of side planting nets, and the rear planting net; in at least one of the front planting net, the one pair of side planting nets, and the rear planting net, providing a loop pattern having a certain shape and prepared in advance, as a plurality of portions and connecting an ornamental hairpiece in a certain shape to the loop pattern; and sewing the front planting net, the one pair of side planting nets, and the rear planting net together.

11 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 10 , further comprising braiding wig fibers knotted to the front planting net to manufacture a braid.

12 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 10 , wherein, in at least one of the one pair of side planting nets and the rear planting net, a pre-manufactured braid is connected to the loop pattern with the certain shape in a crochet method.

13 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 10 , wherein, in at least one of the one pair of side planting nets and the rear planting net, prepared wig fibers are connected to wig fiber strands drawn from the loop pattern with the certain shape to manufacture a braid.

14 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 10 , wherein, when wig fibers are knotted to the planting net, the loop pattern is formed by adjusting tension on the planting net.

15 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 14 , wherein the loop pattern is formed by adjusting a speed and a frequency at which the wig fibers are knotted together with the tension.

16 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 10 , wherein a breathable net is provided at a portion where the sewn planting nets contact a user's head.

17 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 10 , wherein a separation interval between the plurality of portions where the loop pattern is provided is set to vary according to a wearer's head shape.

18 . The wig manufacturing method of claim 14 , wherein the loop pattern is formed when tension applied to the planting net is applied near a greatest slope of a load-strain curve, and the tension ranges from 20 N to 50 N.
