Abstract

A strategy-based card game designed for 2 to 5 players, using a 70-card deck divided into 15 colors and 10 interactive special cards. Players collect and form color-matching sets, leveraging probability mechanics and special action cards to disrupt opponents. The game introduces a scoring system with strategic bonuses and allows for scalability to more players by adding additional color sets. The game concludes when a player forms three valid sets and declares “Triple Threes”, with the first player to 100 points winning the overall game.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A card game comprising:
 a) A deck of 70 cards, consisting of 60 color-coded cards and 10 special action cards; b) A game structure that requires players to form three sets of three matching-colored cards to win; c) A probability-based deck distribution where each color has four total cards, but players only need three to form a set; d) Special action cards that introduce wildcards, forced swaps, forced exchanges, and declaration mechanics; e) A gameplay strategy where players compete for the same color sets without knowing their opponent's hands, creating competitive tension.

2 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein additional color sets may be incorporated into the deck to expand the number of players beyond five, maintaining a ratio of three full color sets (12 cards) per player.

3 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein winning occurs upon a player forming three valid sets and declaring ‘Triple Threes.’

4 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein each player is restricted to holding no more than cards at any time.

5 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein a bonus scoring system grants 5 extra points for collecting all four cards of a specific color.

6 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein the first player to 100 points is declared the overall winner.

7 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein the game includes a unique two-phase shuffling process, where standard color-coded cards are shuffled separately before special cards are introduced into the draw pile.

8 . The card game of claim 1 , wherein forced exchanges and swaps occur only with the player to the right in multiplayer settings.
