Abstract

A garment apparatus for use by medical professionals. The medical jumpsuit scrub is an all-in-one medical scrub. It is designed comparable to a one-piece jumpsuit; it protects the wearer from the work elements while maintaining the medical scrub aesthetic. The medical jumpsuit scrub has an assortment of functional storage pockets providing the availability of pockets and other features.

What is claimed is new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent is set forth in the appended claims: 
     
         1 . A medical jumpsuit scrub system comprising:
 a garment body defined by
 an outer protective surface, 
 an inner surface, and 
 an inner volume; 
   wherein said outer protective surface is flexible; and
 wherein said garment body comprises a one-piece jumpsuit suitable for use while performing medical tasks and protects a wearer from work elements while indicating its functional utility as a medical scrub aesthetic. 
   
     
     
         2 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 1  wherein said outer protective surface of said garment body comprises at least one pocket. 
     
     
         3 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 2  wherein said at least one pocket comprises an interior cavity. 
     
     
         4 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 3  wherein said interior cavity is able to be accessed via a flap. 
     
     
         5 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 3  wherein said interior cavity is able to be restricted from entry via said flap. 
     
     
         6 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 4  wherein said at least one pocket comprises two or more of said at least one pockets suitable for removably containing an item. 
     
     
         7 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 6  wherein said item comprises a medical-treatment-item. 
     
     
         8 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 7  wherein said at least one pocket is torso-placed. 
     
     
         9 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 7  wherein said at least one pocket is non-torso-placed. 
     
     
         10 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 8  wherein said at least one pocket is vertically oriented relative to and substantially parallel to said wearer, when worn. 
     
     
         11 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 9  wherein said at least one pocket is horizontally oriented relative to and substantially parallel to said wearer, when worn. 
     
     
         12 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 1  wherein said at least one pocket is located on an exterior of said outer protective surface. 
     
     
         13 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 12  wherein said at least one pocket is located on a front of said exterior of said outer protective surface. 
     
     
         14 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 12  wherein said at least one pocket is located on a side of said exterior of said outer protective surface. 
     
     
         15 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 12  wherein said at least one pocket is not located on a back of said exterior of said outer protective surface. 
     
     
         16 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 14  wherein said at least one pocket is located on said side of said exterior of said outer protective surface, said at least one pocket adjacent an arm of said wearer. 
     
     
         17 . The medical jumpsuit scrub system of  claim 13  wherein said at least one pocket is located on said front of said exterior of said outer protective surface, said at least one pocket adjacent a leg of said wearer. 
     
     
         18 . A medical jumpsuit scrub system comprising:
 a garment body defined by
 an outer protective surface, 
 an inner surface, and 
 an inner volume; 
   wherein said outer protective surface is flexible and acts in a capacity of a skin; and
 wherein said garment body comprises a one-piece jumpsuit suitable for use while performing medical tasks and protects a wearer from work elements while indicating its functional utility as a medical scrub aesthetic; 
 wherein said outer protective surface of said garment body comprises at least one pocket; 
 wherein said at least one pocket comprises an interior cavity; 
 wherein said interior cavity is able to be accessed and alternately restricted from entry via said flap; 
 wherein said at least one pocket comprises two or more of said at least one pockets suitable for removably containing an item; 
 wherein said item comprises a medical-treatment-item; 
 wherein said at least one pocket is torso-placed and alternately non-torso-placed; 
 wherein said at least one pocket is vertically oriented and alternately horizontally oriented relative to and substantially parallel to said wearer, when worn; 
 wherein said at least one pocket is located on an exterior of said outer protective surface; and 
 wherein said at least one pocket is located on a front and a side of said exterior of said outer protective surface, but not a back of said outer protective surface. 
   
     
     
         19 . A method of using a medical jumpsuit scrub system comprising the steps of:
 providing said medical jumpsuit scrub system having:
 a garment body defined by
 an outer protective surface, 
 an inner surface, and 
 an inner volume; 
 
 wherein said outer protective surface is flexible; and
 wherein said garment body comprises a one-piece jumpsuit suitable for use while performing medical tasks and protects a wearer from work elements while indicating its functional utility as a medical scrub aesthetic; 
 
   donning said garment body for wear, wherein said functional utility is readily recognizable and saves time during emergency situations; and   removably inserting medical-treatment-items as needed during said emergency situations.   
     
     
         20 . The method of  claim 19  further comprising the step of:
 discarding after one use and alternately cleaning and re-using said garment body.
