Abstract

The present invention discloses a climbing scaffold with one or more working levels, which includes an anchoring unit with main brackets supporting at least one assisting mechanism that is integral with a formwork unit; the anchoring unit is anchored to a wall and additionally, a second level can be attached, which includes a telescopic structure supporting a safety net for falling objects. The climbing scaffold includes passage or work platforms with safety measures such as guardrails conveniently arranged, and furthermore, the climbing scaffold is primarily stiffened with transverse beams.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A climbing scaffold comprising:
 a linear translation motion assisting mechanism;   the assisting mechanism comprises at least one translation carriage attached to a formwork unit;   the assisting mechanism and the formwork unit are supported by an anchoring unit; and   the anchoring unit with main bracket bodies includes a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion to assemble a telescopic structure respectively to a first upright and a second upright.   
     
     
         2 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein each main bracket body includes at least one guide on which the at least one translation carriage moves. 
     
     
         3 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein the telescopic structure includes extended brackets up to an inclined profile with a transverse beam that adjusts and supports a fall protection net. 
     
     
         4 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein the formwork unit includes an aligning frame fixed to modular panels utilizing threaded aligning elements. 
     
     
         5 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 4 , wherein the aligning frame includes vertical aligners overlapping horizontal aligners that are adjusted with threaded aligners. 
     
     
         6 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one safety guardrail coupled to the formwork unit. 
     
     
         7 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one safety guardrail coupled to the telescopic structure. 
     
     
         8 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising a working platform coupled to the telescopic structure. 
     
     
         9 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising a working platform coupled to the anchoring unit. 
     
     
         10 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 9 , wherein the working platform includes standard platform sections and carriage platform sections. 
     
     
         11 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one safety guardrail coupled to the anchoring unit. 
     
     
         12 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein the assisting mechanism includes at least one translation carriage connected to a tensioning device and to an aligning frame belonging to the formwork unit, arranged in a triangular formation between their pivot or connection points; furthermore, the translation carriage is connected to a translation tensioning device; the translation carriage moves and is supported on guides fixed to a horizontal beam of the main bracket body of the anchoring unit; and the translation carriage has extensions on which rolling elements that roll on the guide are coupled. 
     
     
         13 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 12 , wherein the tensioning device includes a tensioning body having left-hand and right-hand threads respectively at each end. 
     
     
         14 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 12 , wherein the tensioning device includes a translation tensioning body having left-hand and right-hand threads respectively at each end. 
     
     
         15 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising a fist bracing beam, a second bracing beam, a first horizontal bracing beam, and a second horizontal bracing beam. 
     
     
         16 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein the anchoring unit is coupled to a wall utilizing upper engagement portions and lower engagement portions. 
     
     
         17 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein the first upright and the second upright have a total length ranging from 0.3 meters to 8 meters. 
     
     
         18 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , further comprising a first intermediate upright and a second intermediate upright. 
     
     
         19 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein the fastening method between the first upright and the second upright and the first coupling portions and the second coupling portion comprises clevis-type pins. 
     
     
         20 . The climbing scaffold according to  claim 1 , wherein each main bracket body includes an upper engagement portion with fasteners and at least one lower support engagement portion that does not include any fasteners.
