Abstract

The invention relates to a lock system which is manufactured for the assembly of the ground engaging wear parts in multi-purpose backhoe loaders and developed for use for different purposes (mining, highway and dam projects, road construction, maintenance and repair, water canal construction, decoupage, soil excavation, loading and spreading, etc.) in the construction and building sector, wherein it enables impact-free assembly of ground engaging wear parts of construction equipment.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A lock system for ground engaging wear parts of construction equipment which is manufactured for the assembly of the ground engaging wear parts in multi-purpose backhoe loaders and developed for use for different purposes in the construction and building sector, the lock system comprising:
 a first point which enables the digging and loading functions to be fulfilled thanks to its high wear resistance;   an a first adapter which has a nose in the appropriate size to cover the gap in the first point during the attachment of the first point to a bucket, and a bucket straddle area of a second adapter to enable a combination of the point and the first adapter to be connected to the bucket;   a retaining pin which is produced as wedge-shaped and comprises:
 a retaining pin latch bolt which is used in the a locking process and enables locking; and 
 a retaining pin position indicator which allows understanding whether the retaining pin is in a locked position or an open position; 
   a smart segment which is positioned in a segment cavity of adapter on the first adapter, and helps the system to be locked and unlocked with rotary motion by covering around the retaining pin, and includes a spring positioning area of smart segment, a retaining pin cavity of smart segment, and a strike plate of smart segment; and   a spring which is positioned on the spring positioning area of a smart segment located on the smart segment and comes into contact with and remains on the retaining pin by stretching with the movement received to the retaining pin during locking.   
     
     
         2 . The lock system of  claim 1 , further comprising a retaining pin cavity of point and a retaining pin cavity of adapter which are positioned horizontally on the first point and the first adapter, respectively, and allow the system to be locked in a horizontal position by ensuring the placement of the retaining pin on the first point and the first adapter. 
     
     
         3 . The lock system of  claim 1 , further comprising a spring stretch cavity to enable the spring to get a position on the smart segment and allows the spring to stretch.
