Boat comprising foam sticks

Abstract

The present invention discloses a boat comprising foam sticks. The boat comprises foam sticks, tube caps, a main frame and vertical tubes. A plurality of foam sticks are provided and arranged in a row or in rows. The tube caps are fitted around the two ends of each of the foam sticks. The main frame is fixedly disposed above the foam sticks. The vertical tubes are vertically disposed outside the left side tube and right side tube of the main frame. The foam sticks are capable of generating buoyancy, so the boat has a high safety factor. The foam sticks and the tube caps may be easily disassembled and assembled, replaced and transported. There are a plurality of holes and vertical tubes on the main frame, which can be used to install additional related accessories, so as to extend the additional functions.

A boat comprising foam sticks, featured that the boat comprises foam sticks, tube caps, a main frame and vertical tubes; a plurality of foam sticks are provided and arranged in a row; two ends of each of the foam sticks are fitted with the tube caps; the main frame is fixedly disposed above the foam sticks and comprises a left side tube, a right side tube, a front cross tube and a rear cross tube that are connected; the vertical tubes are vertically disposed outside the left side tube and the right side tube. 
     
     
         2 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 1 , featured that the boat further comprises a left upper side tube and a right upper side tube that are disposed above the left side tube and right side tube respectively and are fixed by the vertical tubes. 
     
     
         3 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 2 , featured that the boat further comprises a bow frame and a stern frame that are connected by the left upper side tube, the right upper side tube, the left side tube and the right side tube.

The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 3 , featured that the bow frame comprises a upper tube of bow frame, a middle tube of bow frame and a lower tube of bow frame, wherein the upper tube of bow frame is in a folded line shape and is connected with the left upper side tube and right upper side tube respectively, the lower tube of bow frame is in a folded line shape and is connected with the left side tube and right side tube respectively, and the middle tube of bow frame is connected with an end bent part of the upper tube of bow frame and the lower tube of bow frame respectively, and further extends in the direction of the foam sticks and is connected with the main frame.

The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 3 , featured that the stern frame comprises a upper tube of stern frame, a middle tube of stern frame and a lower tube of stern frame, wherein the upper tube of stern frame is in a folded line shape and is connected with the left upper side tube and right upper side tube respectively, the lower tube of stern frame is in a folded line shape and is connected with the left side tube and right side tube respectively, and the middle tube of stern frame is connected with an end bent part of the upper tube of stern frame and the lower tube of stern frame respectively, and further extends in the direction of the foam sticks and is connected with the main frame. 
     
     
         6 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 3 , featured that skin wrapped from bottom to top is provided at outer peripheries of the main frame, the bow frame and the stern frame, and is fixed by fixing components.

The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 6 , featured that an edge of the skin is provided with two rows of holes, and the edge of the skin is folded inward to wrap the main frame, the bow frame and the stern frame, so that the two rows of holes are in one-to-one correspondence, and the fixing component passes through the two rows of holes for fixing. 
     
     
         8 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that casing tubes are sleeved on outer peripheries of the foam sticks. 
     
     
         9 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that the front cross tube and rear cross tube are provided with a plurality of connecting holes. 
     
     
         10 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that the main frame is further provided with at least one middle cross tube connecting the left side tube and right side tube. 
     
     
         11 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 10 , featured that the middle cross tube is provided with holes in the middle cross tube. 
     
     
         12 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that each of the vertical tubes has a vertical tube bore. 
     
     
         13 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that the tube caps include front tube caps and rear tube caps; one end of each of the caps has a tubular structure adapted to an end portion of each of the foam sticks, and the other end is a closed end. 
     
     
         14 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 13 , featured that a mounting bracket is provided on each of the tube caps, the mounting bracket has a mounting hole, and at least a part of the connecting holes corresponds to the mounting hole. 
     
     
         15 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 14 , featured that the boat further comprises a connecting component connecting the connecting hole and the mounting hole. 
     
     
         16 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 10 , featured that the boat further comprises a fixing member located in the middle of the foam sticks and fixing the foam sticks with the middle cross tubes. 
     
     
         17 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that a plurality of sections of foam sticks are provided and connected by means of the sleeve tube, and the inner diameter of the sleeve tube matches the outer diameter of the foam sticks. 
     
     
         18 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to  claim 10 , featured that the foam sticks further have lower-layer foam sticks disposed below the foam sticks and fixed by at least one of the front cross tube, the rear cross tube and the middle cross tube. 
     
     
         19 . The boat comprising foam sticks according to any of  claims 1-7 , featured that the foam sticks consists of cylinders and/or prisms. 
     
     
         20 . The boat containing foam sticks according to any of  claims 1 to 7 , featured that the left side tube and the right side tube are formed by a plurality of sections spliced together. 
     
     
         21 . The boat containing foam sticks according to any of  claims 1 to 7 , featured that the left side tube, the right side tube, the front cross tube and the rear cross tube are formed in an integral structure. 
     
     
         22 . The boat containing foam sticks according to any of  claims 1 to 7 , featured that the main frame is a welded structure. 
     
     
         23 . The boat containing foam sticks according to  claim 10 , featured that the main frame is an assembled structure.

The boat containing foam sticks according to  claim 23 , featured that two ends of the front cross tube, the rear cross tube and the middle cross tube are provided with connecting parts, and the front cross tube, the rear cross tube and the middle cross tube are connected with the left side tube and the right side tube by means of the connecting parts.
