Claims

Abstract

A strength training station having a shell, a resistance mechanism, and a tension band. The resistance mechanism is in the shell, one end of the tension band is connected to the resistance mechanism and the other end extends out of the shell. A metal support plate for stepping on is at the top of the shell, and the resistance mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the metal support plate. During exercise, a user steps on the metal support plate and pulls the tension band. The metal support plate is firm and less prone to deformation, and can reliably support user's weight. As a main stressed component, the resistance mechanism can bear large force. The resistance mechanism fixed on the metal support plate provides higher support strength to ensure reliable and stable operation of the resistance mechanism.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A strength training station, comprising a shell, a resistance mechanism, and a tension band, the resistance mechanism being arranged in the shell, one end of the tension band being connected to the resistance mechanism, the other end extending out of the shell, the tension band being pulled out of the shell to overcome the resistance of the resistance mechanism during exercise, characterized by further comprising a support frame, wherein the resistance mechanism is mounted on the support frame, the support frame comprises an upper metal support plate and a support mechanism, the support mechanism is supported at the bottom of the upper metal support plate and located in the shell, the shell comprises a top plate, and the upper metal support plate is stacked on a bottom or top surface of the top plate.

The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the shell further comprises a bottom plate and an annular side wall, the bottom plate is arranged parallel to the top plate, the annular side wall is connected between circumferences of the bottom plate and the top plate, the support frame further comprises a lower metal support plate stacked on a top surface of the bottom plate, the lower metal support plate is arranged parallel to the upper metal support plate, the support mechanism is supported between the upper metal support plate and the lower metal support plate.

The strength training station according to  claim 2 , characterized in that the support mechanism comprises at least two first metal profiles with a rectangular cross-section, and the first metal profiles are horizontally arranged with their top and bottom surfaces fitting and supported between the upper metal support plate and the lower metal support plate.

The strength training station according to  claim 3 , characterized in that the upper metal support plate and the lower metal support plate are rectangular, and the at least two first metal profiles are arranged along two long edges of the upper metal support plate and the lower metal support plate.

The strength training station according to  claim 4 , characterized in that the support mechanism further comprises two second metal profiles with a “concave” cross-section, the two second metal profiles are vertically supported between two short edges of the upper metal support plate and the lower metal support plate respectively, the second metal profiles comprise two parallel and opposite long plates and a connecting plate connected between the two long plates, and a guide wheel for guiding the tension band is mounted between the two long plates.

The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the shell further comprises a bottom plate and an annular side wall, the bottom plate is arranged parallel to the top plate, the annular side wall is connected between circumferences of the bottom plate and the top plate, and the support mechanism comprises a plurality of vertically extending support columns supported between the upper metal support plate and the bottom plate. 
     
     
         7 . The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the resistance mechanism is mounted at the bottom of the upper metal support plate. 
     
     
         8 . The strength training station according to  claim 7 , characterized in then the upper metal support plate is stacked on the bottom surface of the top plate, the top plate is provided with avoidance holes to avoid the support mechanism and the resistance mechanism.

The strength training station according to  claim 7 , characterized in that the resistance mechanism comprises a mounting seat, a magnetic powder brake, an elastic member, and a winding and storage wheel, wherein the mounting seat is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper metal support plate, the mounting seat is made of metal, the mounting seat comprises a mounting plate arranged parallel to the upper metal support plate, the magnetic powder brake is fixedly arranged at the top of the mounting plate and its output shaft passes through the mounting plate and extends downwards, the winding and storage wheel is arranged on the output shaft in a one-way rotatable manner through a one-way bearing, one end of the tension band is connected to the winding and storage wheel and the other end extends out of the shell. When the tension band is pulled out, the winding and storage wheel rotates forward to drive the output shaft of the magnetic powder brake to rotate, and the elastic member drives the winding and storage wheel to reverse to wind and store the tension band on the winding and storage wheel. 
     
     
         10 . The strength training station according to  claim 9 , characterized in that the mounting seat comprises the mounting plate, two connecting plates that bend and extend upwards from two sides of the mounting plate, and two fixing plates that extend outwards from upper edges of the two connecting plates, and the fixing plates are fixedly connected to the upper metal support plate. 
     
     
         11 . The strength training station according to  claim 9 , characterized in that the winding and storage wheel comprises a wheel portion and a spring chamber that are integrally formed, an annular groove for winding and storing the tension band is formed on a peripheral surface of the wheel portion, the elastic member is a spring, the spring is mounted in the spring chamber, the shell is provided with a fixed shaft extending into the spring chamber, an outer end of the spring is fixedly connected to the spring chamber, and an inner end of the spring is fixedly connected to the fixed shaft.

The strength training station according to  claim 9 , characterized in that a guide assembly is further comprised; the guide assembly comprises a first wheel seat, a second wheel seat, a first guide wheel, and a second guide wheel; the first wheel seat is fixedly arranged on the mounting seat, the first guide wheel is mounted on the first wheel seat and its wheel axle is vertically arranged, the second wheel seat is fixedly arranged on the metal support plate, and the second guide wheel is mounted on the second wheel seat and its wheel axle is horizontally arranged. The tension band extending out from the resistance mechanism is sequentially guided by the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel to finally extend out of the shell. 
     
     
         13 . The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the upper metal support plate is adapted to the top plate in shape and slightly smaller than the top plate. 
     
     
         14 . The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the upper metal support plate is provided with a hole through which the tension band passes and an annular bearing seat surrounding the hole, a joint bearing is arranged on the annular bearing seat, the joint bearing comprises an outer ring matched with the annular bearing seat and a ball rotatably arranged in the outer ring, and the ball is formed with a hole through which the tension band passes. 
     
     
         15 . The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the top plate and the upper metal support plate are both provided with an avoidance hole through which the tension band passes. 
     
     
         16 . The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that the shell is made of polymer. 
     
     
         17 . The strength training station according to  claim 1 , characterized in that two resistance mechanisms distributed left and right and two tension bands connected to the corresponding resistance mechanisms are comprised.
