Abstract

A zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame, comprising a base, a seat frame, a first drive mechanism, a backrest assembly, a foot rest assembly, a push rod and a second drive mechanism, wherein the seat frame is movably arranged on the base, the base and the seat frame are hinged with the backrest assembly, the seat frame and the push rod are hinged with the foot rest assembly, and the second drive mechanism is connected with the push rod to drive the push rod to move back and forth relative to the seat frame. Since the sofa frame is provided with the first drive mechanism and the second drive mechanism, the foot rest assembly and the seat frame can act respectively during the state transition of the sofa frame to make the movement of the sofa consistent with the body movement habit to provide a better user experience.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame which can be switched between a sitting position and a lying position, comprising:
 A base;   A seat frame movably arranged on the base;   A first drive mechanism to drive the base to move back and forth relative to the base, wherein the first drive mechanism is provided on the base;   A backrest assembly convertible between an upright state and an inclined state, wherein the base and the seat frame are hinged with the backrest assembly, and when the seat frame moves forward relative to the base, the backrest assembly changes from the upright state to the inclined state, and when the seat frame moves backward relative to the base, the backrest assembly changes from the inclined state to the upright state;   A foot rest assembly convertible between a retracted state and an extended state; and   A push rod, wherein both the seat frame and the push rod are hinged to the foot rest assembly; when the push rod moves forward relative to the seat frame, the foot rest assembly is converted from the contracted state to the extended state, and when the push rod moves backward relative to the seat frame, the foot rest assembly is converted from the extended state to the contracted state; wherein, the sofa frame further comprises:   A second drive mechanism that is connected with the push rod to drive the push rod to move back and forth relative to the seat frame.

The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the first drive mechanism is a linear module, comprising a module motor, a module rail and a module sliding block, wherein the module rail is arranged in a forward and backward direction, the module sliding block is removable on the module rail, the module rail is provided with a transmission assembly, the module motor and the module sliding block are connected through the transmission assembly to drive the module sliding block to move back and forth, and the module sliding block is fixedly connected with the seat frame.

The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 2 , wherein the base is provided with two rails arranged oppositely on the left and right, and the seat frame is provided with at least two guide blocks arranged oppositely on the left and right, which are respectively in sliding fit with the two rails.

The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 3 , wherein the rail is V-shaped, the rear section of the rail is arranged horizontally, and the front section of the rail is arranged obliquely upward from back to front; the seat frame is provided with at least four guide blocks, which are arranged in pairs on the left and right sides, the two guide blocks on the left are respectively in sliding fit with the front section and the rear section of the left rail, and the two guide blocks on the right are respectively in sliding fit with the front section and the rear section of the right rail. 
     
     
         5 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the second drive mechanism is an electric telescopic rod, a motor of which is arranged on the seat frame, and the telescopic rod body is hinged with the push rod.

The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the second drive mechanism is a drive rod; The first drive mechanism is connected with the rear end of the drive rod to drive the drive rod to move back and forth, and the front end of the drive rod is hinged with the push rod. 
     
     
         7 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 6 , wherein there are two drive rods, which are arranged on the left and right oppositely.

The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the foot rest assembly comprises: a first support rod, a second support rod, a third support rod, a fourth support rod, a fifth support rod, a sixth support rod, a seventh support rod, a bracket and a swing link, wherein the starting ends of the first support rod and the fifth support rod are both hinged with the seat frame, the starting end of the second support rod is hinged with the driven end of the first support rod, the starting end of the third support rod is hinged with the driven end of the second support rod, and the starting end of the fourth support rod is hinged with the driven end of the third support rod, the starting end of the sixth support rod is hinged with the driven end of the fifth support rod, the starting end of the seventh support rod is hinged with the driven end of the sixth support rod, and the second support rod is provided with a rear fulcrum and a front fulcrum; the rear fulcrum is hinged with the middle part of the fifth support rod, the starting end of the bracket is hinged with the front fulcrum of the support rod, the starting end of the swing link is hinged with the driven end of the bracket, and the driven end of the swing link is hinged with the middle part of the sixth support rod, the fourth support rod is hinged with a middle part of the seventh support rod. 
     
     
         11 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 10 , wherein the third support rod, the seventh support rod and the bracket are all provided with support plates, and when the foot rest assembly is in the extended state, the support plates of the third support rod, the seventh support rod and the bracket are flush with each other.

The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the foot rest assembly comprises: a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod, a third supporting rod, a fourth supporting rod, a fifth supporting rod, a sixth supporting rod and a seventh supporting rod, wherein the starting ends of the first supporting rod and the fifth supporting rod are both hinged with the seat frame, the starting end of the second supporting rod is hinged with the driven end of the first supporting rod, the starting end of the third supporting rod is hinged with the driven end of the second supporting rod, and the starting end of the fourth supporting rod is hinged with the driven end of the third supporting rod, the starting end of the sixth supporting rod is hinged with the driven end of the fifth supporting rod, the starting end of the seventh supporting rod is hinged with the driven end of the sixth supporting rod, the middle part of the second supporting rod is hinged with the middle part of the fifth supporting rod, the middle part of the third supporting rod is hinged with the middle part of the sixth supporting rod, and the driven end of the fourth supporting rod is hinged with the middle part of the seventh supporting rod. 
     
     
         13 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 12 , wherein the third supporting rod and the seventh supporting rod are both provided with support plates, and when the foot rest assembly is in the extended state, the support plates of the third supporting rod and the seventh supporting rod are flush with each other. 
     
     
         14 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein there are two backrest assemblies which are arranged oppositely on the left and right. 
     
     
         15 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the backrest assembly comprises: a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a fourth connecting rod, a fifth connecting rod, a sixth connecting rod and a backrest, wherein the first connecting rod is fixed on the seat frame and provided with a front fulcrum and a rear fulcrum; the starting end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the front fulcrum of the first connecting rod, the starting end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the rear fulcrum of the first connecting rod, and the starting end of the fourth connecting rod is hinged with the driven end of the third connecting rod, the driven end of the fourth connecting rod is hinged with the base, and the third connecting rod is provided with an upper fulcrum and a lower fulcrum; the connection line between the upper fulcrum, the starting end of the third connecting rod and the lower fulcrum is L-shaped; the starting end of the fifth connecting rod is hinged with the middle part of the second connecting rod; the driven end of the fifth connecting rod is hinged with the upper fulcrum, and the driven end of the sixth connecting rod is hinged with the lower fulcrum; the backrest is provided with a front fulcrum and a rear fulcrum, the driven end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the front fulcrum, and the starting end of the sixth connecting rod is hinged to the rear fulcrum of the backrest. 
     
     
         16 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 1 , wherein the sofa frame comprises a damping element, wherein the base and the seat frame are both connected with the damping element to provide a backward force to the seat frame. 
     
     
         17 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 16 , wherein the damping element is a tension spring; The base and the seat frame are fixedly connected with both ends of the tension spring respectively, and the tension spring provides backward force to the seat frame. 
     
     
         18 . The zero gravity and zero wall sofa frame according to  claim 16 , wherein there are two damping elements, which are arranged oppositely on the left and right.
