Slide fastener pull tab with pull tab auxiliary part rotatably assembled and disassembled, and slide fastener slider

Abstract

A slide fastener pull tab with a pull tab auxiliary part includes: a pull tab main body; and the pull tab auxiliary part. The pull tab main body is provided with an attachment hole and an auxiliary part attachment portion. The pull tab auxiliary part includes an auxiliary part main body, and an auxiliary part head portion. The auxiliary part head portion is an elastically deformable body. The attachment hole has different hole diameters in at least two intersecting directions. The auxiliary part head portion has different lengths in at least two intersecting directions. When the pull tab auxiliary part whose auxiliary part head portion passes through the attachment hole is rotated until the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion intersects with the length direction of the attachment hole, the auxiliary part head portion abuts against the auxiliary part attachment portion.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A slide fastener pull tab with a pull tab auxiliary part configured to be rotatably assembled and disassembled, the slide fastener pull tab comprising:
 a pull tab main body; and   the pull tab auxiliary part, wherein   the pull tab main body is provided with an attachment hole penetrating therethrough and an auxiliary part attachment portion located on an outer periphery of the attachment hole,   the pull tab auxiliary part includes an auxiliary part main body, an auxiliary part column portion extending from the auxiliary part main body, and an auxiliary part head portion fixed at an outer end of the auxiliary part column portion,   the auxiliary part head portion is an elastically deformable body,   the attachment hole has different hole diameters in at least two intersecting directions,   the auxiliary part head portion has different lengths in at least two intersecting directions,   the auxiliary part column portion is configured to be rotatably accommodated in the attachment hole,   when a length direction of the auxiliary part head portion is consistent with a length direction of the attachment hole, the attachment hole allows the elastically deformable auxiliary part head portion to pass therethrough, and   when the pull tab auxiliary part whose auxiliary part head portion passes through the attachment hole is rotated until the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion intersects with the length direction of the attachment hole, the auxiliary part head portion abuts against the auxiliary part attachment portion.   
     
     
         2 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the attachment hole is a waist-like-shaped hole or a rectangular hole, and the attachment hole extends straightly along a width direction of the pull tab main body and penetrates through the pull tab main body along a thickness direction of the pull tab main body.   
     
     
         3 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 2 , wherein
 a hole wall of the attachment hole includes a pair of transverse straight hole walls extending along the width direction of the pull tab main body, and   when the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion is consistent with the length direction of the attachment hole and the auxiliary part head portion passes through the attachment hole, a gap exists between an outer peripheral surface of the auxiliary part column portion and the pair of transverse straight hole walls of the attachment hole.   
     
     
         4 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion, a length direction of the auxiliary part main body and a length direction of the pull tab main body are consistent.   
     
     
         5 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the auxiliary part head portion has first protruding portions extending outward from the auxiliary part column portion along the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion, and a second protruding portion extending outward from the auxiliary part column portion along a width direction of the auxiliary part head portion,   an extension length of each of the first protruding portions is greater than an extension length of the second protruding portion, and   when the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion intersects with the length direction of the attachment hole, the first protruding portions abut against the auxiliary part attachment portion.   
     
     
         6 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 5 , wherein
 a first fixing groove and a second fixing groove are provided on a surface of the auxiliary part attachment portion of the pull tab main body,   the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove are located on both sides of the attachment hole along a length direction of the pull tab main body, and   when the pull tab auxiliary part whose auxiliary part head portion passes through the attachment hole is rotated until the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion is consistent with the length direction of the pull tab main body, the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion intersects with the length direction of the attachment hole, and the two first protruding portions at both ends in the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion are clamped in the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove respectively.   
     
     
         7 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 6 , wherein
 at least one first fixing buckle is fixed on the surface of the auxiliary part attachment portion of the pull tab main body,   the first fixing buckle protrudes from the auxiliary part attachment portion along a thickness direction of the pull tab main body, and is located on an outer peripheral side of the first fixing groove and/or the second fixing groove, and   when the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion is consistent with the length direction of the pull tab main body, the first fixing buckle abuts against an outer peripheral side of the auxiliary part head portion.   
     
     
         8 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the two first protruding portions at the both ends of the auxiliary part head portion are respectively an outer protruding portion and an inner protruding portion,   a groove wall contour of the first fixing groove and an outer peripheral contour of the outer protruding portion match with each other and are both semicircular,   a length of the inner protruding portion is greater than a length of the second fixing groove,   the second fixing groove penetrates through an outer edge of the auxiliary part attachment portion along the length direction of the pull tab main body, and   when the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion is consistent with the length direction of the pull tab main body, the outer protruding portion is clamped in the first fixing groove, the inner protruding portion is clamped in the second fixing groove, and a part of the inner protruding portion extends outward from the pull tab main body.   
     
     
         9 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 5 , wherein
 a second fixing buckle protruding along a thickness direction of the pull tab main body is fixed on the surface of the auxiliary part attachment portion of the pull tab main body,   the second fixing buckle is provided with a pair of third fixing grooves formed on a surface of the auxiliary part attachment portion and located on both sides of the attachment hole along the length direction of the pull tab main body, and   when the pull tab auxiliary part whose auxiliary part head portion passes through the attachment hole is rotated until the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion is consistent with the length direction of the pull tab main body, the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion intersects with the length direction of the attachment hole, and the two first protruding portions at both ends in the length direction of the auxiliary part head portion are clamped in the pair of third fixing grooves respectively.   
     
     
         10 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 9 , wherein
 each of the third fixing grooves has at least one first inclined groove wall extending in an inclined manner such that the farther away from the attachment hole, the closer to a central axis of the pull tab main body,   each of the first protruding portions has at least one inclined surface on an outer periphery thereof, and   when the first protruding portion is clamped in the corresponding third fixing groove, the inclined surface has an inclination direction consistent with an inclination direction of the first inclined groove wall and is in abutting fit with the first inclined groove wall.   
     
     
         11 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 1 , wherein
 an outer peripheral surface of an outer end of the auxiliary part head portion is provided with an attachment guide inclined surface extending in an inclined manner such that the farther away from the auxiliary part column portion, the closer to a central axis of the auxiliary part head portion.   
     
     
         12 . The slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the pull tab main body is a metal part of an integrated structure, and the pull tab auxiliary part is a plastic part of an integrated structure.   
     
     
         13 . A slide fastener slider, comprising:
 a slider main body; and   the slide fastener pull tab according to  claim 1 , wherein   the pull tab main body is connected to the slider main body.
