Abstract
A foldable canopy frame includes a canopy frame and an eave frame. The canopy frame includes a column and an upper canopy frame connected to the column. A top end of the column is fixedly disposed with an upper connecting seat. The upper canopy frame is connected to the upper connecting seat. The column is slidably disposed with a sliding seat. The side eave frame includes an eave rod and a supporting mechanism. One end of the eave rod is connected to one of the upper connecting seat or the lower connecting seat, one end of the supporting mechanism is connected to the other one of the upper connecting seat or the lower connecting seat, and a second end of the supporting mechanism is connected to the eave rod. The upper connecting seat, the lower connecting seat, and the side eave frame define an unfoldable and foldable mechanism.

a canopy frame, and the one or more side eave frames, wherein:
the canopy frame comprises at least three columns and an upper canopy frame connected to the at least three columns,
a top end of each of the at least three columns is fixedly disposed with an upper connecting seat,
the upper canopy frame is connected to the upper connecting seat,
each of the at least three columns is slidably disposed with a sliding seat,
a folding frame is connected to the upper connecting seats and the sliding seats of each pair of adjacent columns of the at least three columns,
each of the one or more side eave frames comprises an eave rod and a supporting mechanism,
each of the at least three columns is fixedly disposed with a lower connecting seat,
the lower connecting seat is located between the upper connecting seat and the sliding seat of a corresponding one of the at least three columns,
a first end of the eave rod is connected to one of the upper connecting seat or the lower connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns,
a first end of the supporting mechanism is connected to the other one of the upper connecting seat or the lower connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns,
a second end of the supporting mechanism is connected to the eave rod, and
the upper connecting seat, the lower connecting seat, and the one or more side eave frames are connected to form an unfoldable and foldable mechanism.
2 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
the one or more side eave frames are at least one pair of side eave frames, two side eave frames of each pair of the at least one pair of side eave frames are respectively connected to two adjacent columns of the at least three columns, and each of the two side eave frames is connected to the upper connecting seat and the lower connecting seat of a corresponding one of the two adjacent columns.
3 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first end of the eave rod is rotatably connected to the upper connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, the supporting mechanism comprises a telescopic tube, a first end of the telescopic tube is rotatably connected to the lower connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, a second end of the telescopic tube is rotatably connected to a middle part of the eave rod, and a first locking mechanism is disposed on the telescopic tube.
4 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first end of the eave rod is rotatably connected to the upper connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, the supporting mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a first end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the lower connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, a second end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to a second sliding seat, the second sliding seat is slidably connected to the eave rod, and a second locking mechanism is disposed between the second sliding seat and the eave rod.
5 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first end of the eave rod is rotatably connected to the lower connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, the supporting mechanism comprises a telescopic tube, a first end of the telescopic tube is rotatably connected to the upper connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, a second end of the telescopic tube is rotatably connected to a middle part of the eave rod, and a first locking mechanism is disposed on the telescopic tube.
6 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first end of the eave rod is rotatably connected to the lower connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, the supporting mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a first end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the upper connecting seat, a second end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to a second sliding seat, the second sliding seat is slidably connected to the eave rod, and a second locking mechanism is disposed between the second sliding seat and the eave rod.
7 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 3 , wherein:
the telescopic tube comprises an outer tube and an inner tube, the outer tube comprises at least one locking hole that penetrates through an inside and an outside of the outer tube, the first locking mechanism comprises an elastic buckle disposed in the inner tube, the elastic buckle has an elastic member and a positioning column disposed on the elastic member, the inner tube comprises a through hole that penetrates through an inside and an outside of the inner tube, the positioning column of the elastic buckle extends out of the through hole due to an elastic force of the elastic member, the outer tube is slidably sleeved outside the inner tube, and the positioning column of the elastic buckle is disposed in one locking hole of the at least one locking hole.
8 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 4 , wherein:
the second sliding seat comprises a sliding groove, the eave rod is slidably connected in the sliding groove, a pivot is connected to the connecting rod and the second sliding seat, the eave rod comprises at least one locking hole that penetrates through an inside and an outside of the eave rod, the second sliding seat is recessed with an installation cavity, a bottom of the installation cavity comprises a through hole, the second locking mechanism comprises a button, a locking member, and an elastic body, a middle part of the button is rotatably connected in a mounting cavity of the second sliding seat, the elastic body and the locking member are both disposed in the installation cavity, the elastic body abuts a first position of the button located on a first side of a button rotation axis, the locking member is movably connected to a second position of the button located on a second side of the button rotation axis, and the locking member passes through the through hole and is disposed one of the at least one locking hole due to an elastic force of the elastic body.
9 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
at least two side eave frames of the one or more side eave frames are connected to the upper connecting seat and the lower connecting seat of each of the at least three columns, and adjacent two side eave frames of the at least two side eave frames form an included angle less than 180 degrees.
10 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 1 , wherein:
the folding frame comprises a plurality of scissor-shaped connecting rod groups pivotally connected in series, the folding frame has four ends, which are respectively rotatably connected to the upper connecting seats and the sliding seats of each pair of the adjacent columns of the at least three columns, the upper canopy frame comprises a first middle seat, at least three first upper rotating rods that are in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least three columns, at least three first lower rotating rods that are in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least three columns, and at least three supporting rods that are in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least three columns, a first end of each of the at least three first upper rotating rods is rotatably connected to the first middle seat, a first end of each of the at least three first lower rotating rods is rotatably connected to a second end of a corresponding one of the at least three first upper rotating rods, a second end of each of the at least three first lower rotating rods is rotatably connected to the upper connecting seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns, an upper end of each of the at least three supporting rods is rotatably connected to a corresponding one of the at least three first lower rotating rods, and a lower end of each of the at least three supporting rods is rotatably connected to the sliding seat of the corresponding one of the at least three columns.
11 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 10 , wherein:
the upper canopy frame comprises a second middle seat located below the first middle seat, a third middle seat located below the second middle seat, at least three second upper rotating rods that are in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least three columns, and at least three second lower rotating rods that are in a one-to-one correspondence with the at least three columns, a first end of each of the at least three second upper rotating rods is rotatably connected to the corresponding one of the at least three first upper rotating rods, a second end of each of the at least three second upper rotating rods is rotatably connected to the second middle seat, a first end of each of the at least three second lower rotating rods is rotatably connected to a corresponding one of the at least three second upper rotating rods, a second end of each of the at least three second lower rotating rods is rotatably connected to the third middle seat, and an elastic body is disposed between the second middle seat and the third middle seat.
12 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 5 , wherein:
the telescopic tube comprises an outer tube and an inner tube, the outer tube comprises at least one locking hole that penetrates through an inside and an outside of the outer tube, the first locking mechanism comprises an elastic buckle disposed in the inner tube, the elastic buckle has an elastic member and a positioning column disposed on the elastic member, the inner tube comprises a through hole that penetrates through an inside and an outside of the inner tube, the positioning column of the elastic buckle extends out of the through hole due to an elastic force of the elastic member, the outer tube is slidably sleeved outside the inner tube, and the positioning column of the elastic buckle is disposed in one locking hole of the at least one locking hole.
13 . The foldable canopy frame with the one or more side eave frames according to claim 6 , wherein:
the second sliding seat comprises a sliding groove, the eave rod is slidably connected in the sliding groove, a pivot is connected to the connecting rod and the second sliding seat, the eave rod comprises at least one locking hole that penetrates through an inside and an outside of the eave rod, the second sliding seat is recessed with an installation cavity, a bottom of the installation cavity comprises a through hole, the second locking mechanism comprises a button, a locking member, and an elastic body, a middle part of the button is rotatably connected in a mounting cavity of the second sliding seat, the elastic body and the locking member are both disposed in the installation cavity, the elastic body abuts a first position of the button located on a first side of a button rotation axis, the locking member is movably connected to a second position of the button located on a second side of the button rotation axis, and the locking member passes through the through hole and is disposed one of the at least one locking hole due to an elastic force of the elastic body.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
