Claims

Abstract

A toilet plunger set includes a toilet plunger holder and a toilet plunger. The toilet plunger includes a cover, a base and connecting structures. The base has a base panel and an annular base wall. The annular base wall is formed by extending upwardly from an outer periphery of the base panel. A toilet plunger accommodating space is provided between the cover and the base to accommodate a toilet plunger. The toilet plunger can rest on the base panel. The connecting structures are configured to connect the cover to the base. The toilet plunger holder of the present disclosure is easy to manufacture and convenient to assemble, is releasable, portable and transportable, and is firmly assembled.

1 . A toilet plunger holder ( 102 ,  1002 ,  1102 ), comprising:
 a cover ( 103 ,  1003 ,  1103 );   a base ( 104 ,  1004 ,  1104 ) having a base panel ( 114 ) and an annular base wall ( 119 ), wherein the annular base wall ( 119 ) is formed by extending upwardly from an outer periphery of the base panel ( 114 ), a toilet plunger accommodating space ( 110 ) is provided between the cover ( 103 ) and the base ( 104 ) for accommodating a toilet plunger ( 106 ), and the toilet plunger ( 106 ) is capable of resting on the base panel ( 114 ); and   connecting structures configured to connect the cover ( 103 ,  1003 ,  1103 ) to the base ( 104 ,  1004 ,  1104 ).   
     
     
         2 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the connecting structures are disposed between the cover ( 1103 ) and the base ( 1104 ), wherein the connecting structures are a plurality of snap-fit structures, and each of the plurality of snap-fit structures has a snap-fit structure male portion and a snap-fit structure female portion that are releasably connected to each other, and
 wherein the snap-fit structure female portion is disposed on the cover, and the snap-fit structure male portion is disposed on the base, or   wherein the snap-fit structure female portion is disposed on the base, and the snap-fit structure male portion is disposed on the cover.

The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 2 , wherein the snap-fit structure male portion has a male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ) and a male snap-fit structure socket ( 1133 ), wherein the male snap-fit structure socket ( 1133 ) is disposed in the male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ),
 wherein the snap-fit structure female portion has a snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ), and a snap-fit locking projection ( 1146 ) and receptacle limiting walls ( 1145 - 1 ,  1145 - 2 ) disposed in the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ),   wherein the snap-fit locking projection ( 1146 ) is formed by projecting from an inner side wall of the cover ( 1103 ) or the base ( 1104 ),   wherein the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ) is configured to receive the male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ), and   wherein the receptacle limiting walls are formed by extending from a side wall of the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ), and the relative position of the receptacle limiting walls and the snap-fit locking projection ( 1146 ) is configured to define a minimum thickness of the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ).

The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 3 , wherein the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ) has a receptacle opening ( 1147 ), and the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ) has a thickness at the receptacle opening ( 1147 ) greater than the thickness of the male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ), and wherein the minimum thickness of the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ) is smaller than the thickness of the male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ). 
     
     
         5 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 4 , wherein the male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ) is capable of being inserted into the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ) from the receptacle opening ( 1147 ), and
 wherein when the snap-fit structure male portion and the snap-fit structure female portion are locked to each other, the male snap-fit structure protrusion ( 1134 ) is received in the snap-fit receptacle ( 1143 ), and the snap-fit locking projection ( 1146 ) is engaged in the male snap-fit structure socket ( 1133 ), so that the snap-fit structure female portion and the snap-fit structure male portion are connected together.   
     
     
         6 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the connecting structures are disposed between the cover ( 103 ,  1003 ) and the base ( 104 ,  1004 ), wherein the connecting structures are a plurality of snap-fit structures, and each of the plurality of snap-fit structures has a snap-fit structure male portion and a snap-fit structure female portion that are releasably connected to each other, and
 wherein the snap-fit structure female portion is disposed on the base ( 104 ,  1004 ), and the snap-fit structure male portion is disposed on the cover ( 103 ,  1003 ).   
     
     
         7 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 6 , wherein an inner surface ( 144 ) of the base ( 104 ) is provided with a plurality of slide grooves ( 146 ) extending in a vertical direction, the plurality of slide grooves ( 146 ) are formed by recessing from the inner surface ( 144 ), and each of the plurality of slide grooves ( 146 ) corresponds to a respective one of the plurality of snap-fit structures and is configured to accommodate a portion of the snap-fit structure male portion. 
     
     
         8 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 7 , wherein each of the plurality of slide grooves ( 146 ) has a slide groove opening ( 202 ) and a slide groove cavity ( 204 ) which extend in the vertical direction, the slide groove cavity ( 204 ) being formed by recessing from the inner surface ( 144 ), and the width of the slide groove cavity ( 204 ) in a circumferential direction being greater than the width of the slide groove opening ( 202 ) in the circumferential direction,
 wherein the snap-fit structure male portion is formed by protruding outwardly from an outer side edge of the cover ( 103 ) and has a male snap-fit end ( 302 ) and a male extension section ( 304 ), the male extension section ( 304 ) is formed by extending radially outwardly from the outer side edge of the cover ( 103 ) and has the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) formed at a distal extension end, and the width of the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) in the circumferential direction is greater than the width of the male extension section ( 304 ) in the circumferential direction, and   wherein the width of the slide groove cavity ( 204 ) in the circumferential direction is not smaller than the width of the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) in the circumferential direction, the width of the slide groove opening ( 202 ) in the circumferential direction is smaller than the width of the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) in the circumferential direction, and the width of the slide groove opening ( 202 ) in the circumferential direction is not smaller than the width of the male extension section ( 304 ) in the circumferential direction, such that the male extension section ( 304 ) can pass through the slide groove opening ( 202 ), and the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) can be accommodated in the slide groove cavity ( 204 ) and slide in the slide groove cavity ( 204 ).   
     
     
         9 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 8 , wherein each of the plurality of slide grooves ( 146 ) is further provided with a slide groove inlet ( 206 ) configured to be in communication with the slide groove opening ( 202 ), and the width of the slide groove inlet ( 206 ) in the circumferential direction is not smaller than the width of the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) in the circumferential direction, such that the male snap-fit end ( 302 ) can pass through the slide groove inlet ( 206 ) into the slide groove cavity ( 204 ). 
     
     
         10 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 9 , wherein the snap-fit structure female portion is disposed at the top portion the slide groove ( 146 ) and configured to abut against the snap-fit structure male portion. 
     
     
         11 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the connecting structures are configured to releasably connect the cover ( 103 ) to the base ( 104 ). 
     
     
         12 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the cover ( 103 ) is provided with a recess ( 152 ) formed by indenting rearward from a front part of the cover ( 103 ) for abutting against a toilet plunger rod portion ( 107 ) of the toilet plunger ( 106 ). 
     
     
         13 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 12 , wherein the cover ( 103 ) has an arched structure, and the recess ( 152 ) is disposed at the top of the arched structure. 
     
     
         14 . The toilet plunger holder according to  claim 13 , wherein the cover ( 103 ) is made of elastic plastics. 
     
     
         15 . A toilet plunger set ( 100 ), comprising:
 a toilet plunger holder ( 102 ,  1002 ,  1102 ) according to  claim 1 , and   a toilet plunger ( 106 ) having a toilet plunger head ( 108 ) and a toilet plunger rod portion ( 107 ), wherein the toilet plunger head ( 108 ) and the toilet plunger rod portion ( 107 ) are releasably connected together,   wherein the toilet plunger ( 106 ) is configured to rest on the base panel ( 114 ) and be accommodated in the toilet plunger accommodating space ( 110 ).
