Claims

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a folded side plate locking mechanism and a folded pull rod storage box, wherein the folded side plate locking mechanism includes a lock body, a lock tongue and an elastic body. When a folded side plate is unfolded in a plane, a retaining ring is provided on a lock catch, and the lock body is pressed to keep the lock catch far away from a side wall of the retaining ring. The lock body and the lock tongue are in an unlocked state. At the same time, the elastic body is deformed under force to accumulate energy. An included angle is formed in the folding process of the folded side plate. The lock tongue is separated from the lock catch. The lock body is released. The lock body is restored to a locked state under the elastic force of the elastic body.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A folded side plate locking mechanism, wherein the folded side plate locking mechanism is configured to be installed between two folded side plates which are provided to rotate with respect to each other, comprising a lock body, a lock tongue and an elastic body;
 wherein the lock body and the lock tongue are matched and provided on two adjacent folded side plates, respectively, the lock tongue is provided with a retaining ring, the lock body is provided with a lock catch to be inserted into and disengaged from the retaining ring, so that an unlocked state and a locked state exist between the lock tongue and the lock body; and the elastic body is provided on the lock body to enable the lock body to be automatically reset.   
     
     
         2 . The folded side plate locking mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein the folded side plate with the lock body is provided with an installation position, and a first end of the lock body is provided with a first protrusion capable of being clamped on a side wall of the installation position;
 the lock catch is provided with an inclined surface, and when the folded side plate is opened, the retaining ring collides with the inclined surface of the lock catch to push the lock body to move toward the end where the elastic body is provided, so that the elastic body accumulates the elastic force.   
     
     
         3 . The folded side plate locking mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein the lock catch comprises a second protrusion and a third protrusion, the second protrusion and the third protrusion are provided on one side of the lock body far away from the folded side plate, the retaining ring is inserted in the space encircled by the second protrusion and the third protrusion, and when the lock body and the lock tongue are in an unlocked state, the retaining ring is capable of being separated from the space encircled by the second protrusion and the third protrusion. 
     
     
         4 . The folded side plate locking mechanism according to  claim 3 , wherein a fourth protrusion is provided on one side of the lock body facing the folded side plate, the elastic body is provided below the fourth protrusion and is connected with the fourth protrusion, one side of the lock body where the fourth protrusion is provided with a first arc-shaped groove, and part of the elastic body is provided in the first groove. 
     
     
         5 . A folded pull rod storage box, comprising a folded side plate, a fixed side plate, a box bottom plate and a pull rod, and further comprising the folded side plate locking mechanism according to  claim 1 , wherein the fixed side plate and the folded side plate are simultaneously provided on opposite sides of the box bottom plate, the folded side plate locking mechanism is provided between the folded side plates, and the pull rod is installed on the fixed side plate, wherein the box bottom plate comprises a first bottom plate and a second bottom plate, opposite sides of the first bottom plate are detachably connected with opposite sides of the second bottom plate, and the other sides are movably connected with the folded side plate and the fixed side plate, respectively;
 the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate both have foldable structures; when an external force drives the folded side plate to be folded, detachable interface sides of the first bottom plate and the second bottom plate are driven to be separated from each other and are folded adaptively, respectively.   
     
     
         6 . The folded pull rod storage box according to  claim 5 , wherein the first detachable interface side of the first bottom plate and the second detachable interface side of the second bottom plate are provided corresponding to a folding line of the folded side plate. 
     
     
         7 . The folded pull rod storage box according to  claim 6 , wherein the first bottom plate consists of a first triangular folded plate, a first trapezoidal folded plate and a second triangular folded plate, which are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the first detachable interface side and are connected by a hinging component;
 the second bottom plate consists of a third triangular folded plate, a second trapezoidal folded plate and a fourth triangular folded plate, which are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the second detachable interface side and are connected by a hinging component.
