Abstract

A bean bag toss and board hole game apparatus and method is disclosed. The game apparatus comprises a durable, weatherproof planar board with a top and underside surface or bottom surface, featuring four openings with numerical point values, for example, from one to four. The board's design is customizable in shape, size, and aesthetics to cater to various user preferences and event themes. The game includes a unique scoring gameplay that requires players to accumulate, for example, exactly 11 points for victory, with a specific rule that resets the score to one if the accumulated points exceed 11 points. A cancellation rule is included, where points are nullified by opposing players' successful throws into the same opening in the same round. In one embodiment, the board includes detachable, telescoping legs for stability and a net associated with each hole for bean bag retrieval.
