Abstract

A submersible pump drive with a heat exchanger, comprising a casing, an oil-filled electric motor, a heat exchanger connected to it, located below or above the electric motor, a compensator installed in the heat exchanger and hydraulically connected by an oil channel with the oil-filled cavity of the electric motor, wherein the drive has channels providing oil circulation in the drive for heat exchange between the oil and the well fluid, characterized in that the diaphragm compensator is located outside the main zone of the heat exchanger and is removed beyond the heat exchanger.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A submersible pump drive comprising:
a pump drive; a casing surrounding the pump drive; a heat exchanger inside the casing; an oil-filled electric motor inside the casing; a heat exchanger connected to the casing, connected to the oil-filled electric motor; a compensator installed in the heat exchanger; an oil-filled cavity in the oil-filled electric motor; an oil channel hydraulically connecting the oil-filled cavity of the oil-filled electric motor; channels in the pump drive that provide oil circulation in the pump drive for heat exchange between the oil-filled electric motor and a well fluid; and a diaphragm compensator located outside a main zone of the heat exchanger and removed beyond the heat exchanger.

2 . The submersible pump drive of claim 1 , further comprising:
a through inter-tube channel of a heat exchanger for a flow of well fluid; a spiral radiator created in the through inter-tube channel, tightly connected to a nozzle of an internal channel of the heat exchanger, wherein a winding provides an ascent of a thermal flow of well fluid upwards the pump drive and increases a heat removal surface by more than 2 times.

3 . The submersible pump drive of claim 1 , further comprising:
a forced heat exchange pump made labyrinth-screw in a form of a rotor on a shaft of an electric motor to intensify a circulation of a filling liquid further comprising a sleeve with a multi-start screw thread of different directions.

4 . The submersible pump drive of claim 1 , further comprising:
a pump drive shaft connected to a two-sided thrust sliding bearing of hydro protection, in order to increase an operability of the oil-filled electric motor during intensive operation of a labyrinth-screw pump.
