Abstract

This invention relates to the technical field of oil collection devices, and specifically discloses a pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device, comprising a base and a transmission chain set on a wellhead; a box-type derrick, a power motor and a reducer are fixedly set on the base, a platform is fixedly set on the top end of the box-type derrick, a drum and an upper sprocket are rotatably set on the platform, a lower sprocket is fixedly set on the output shaft of the reducer, the transmission chain transmits and connects the upper sprocket and the lower sprocket, and is fixedly connected with a balance weight, a transmission belt is set on the drum, one end of the transmission belt connects the balance weight, and the other end connects a sucker rod, the power motor transmits and connects the reducer, this invention solves the problem of high energy consumption of the conventional beam pumping unit in the existing technology.

A pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device, comprising a base set on a wellhead, a box-type derrick fixedly set on the base, and a platform fixedly set on the top end of the box-type derrick, characterized in that: it further comprises a lower power mechanism, the lower power mechanism comprises a power motor, a reducer, a brake, an upper sprocket, a transmission chain, a lower sprocket and a balance weight;
 the power motor, the reducer and the brake are all fixed on the base, and are all located below the box-type derrick, the brake connects the power motor and the reducer, a drum and an upper sprocket are rotatably set on the platform, the lower sprocket is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the reducer, the transmission chain transmits and connects the upper sprocket and the lower sprocket, and is fixedly connected to the balance weight, a transmission belt is set on the drum, one end of the transmission belt connects the balance weight, and the other end connects a sucker rod.   
     
     
         2 . The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: an upper hook and a lower hook are set on the balance weight, the transmission chain connects the upper hook and the lower hook.

The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: a first belt clamp is set on the sucker rod, a second belt clamp is set on the balance weight, the two ends of the transmission belt respectively connect the first belt clamp and the second belt clamp. 
     
     
         4 . The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: the power motor is a reversible motor that can rotate forward and backward. 
     
     
         5 . The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: a support rod is fixedly set on the base, the support rod is fixedly connected to the box-type derrick.

The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: a cylinder seat is fixedly set on the wellhead, a telescopic cylinder is fixedly set on the cylinder seat, the free end of the telescopic cylinder is fixedly connected to the base. 
     
     
         7 . The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: the reducer is a dual-axis reducer, the number of the upper sprocket, the lower sprocket and the transmission chain are all two.

The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 1 , characterized in that: a ladder is fixedly set on the box-type derrick, a guardrail is fixedly set on the platform, a protective cover with a bottom opening is fixedly set on the platform, the drum is located inside the protective cover.

The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 8 , characterized in that: it further comprises a safety mechanism, the safety mechanism comprises a connecting rod, a sliding rod and two limit arc-shaped plates, both ends of the ladder are provided with sliding grooves, two sliding plates are slidably set in the sliding grooves, protruding rods are fixedly set on the sliding plates, the connecting rod and the sliding rod are both fixedly connected to the two protruding rods, both ends of the two limit arc-shaped plates are rotatably connected to the sliding rod, and the other end is detachably connected to the connecting rod.

The pumping unit using a concentric dual-axis drive control device according to  claim 9 , characterized in that: both ends of the connecting rod are fixedly provided with fixed plates, positioning holes are provided on the fixed plates, telescopic holes are provided on the limit arc-shaped plates, telescopic springs are fixedly set in the telescopic holes, and positioning rods are slidably set, the telescopic springs are fixedly connected to the positioning rods, the positioning rods are slidably connected to the positioning holes.
