Abstract

A wall system having a plurality of interlocking wall panels secured to one another to for a wall section, each wall panel having a interior surface and an exterior surface and wherein a plurality of wall sections are secured together to form an interior space. The wall system also including each of the wall panels having at least one framing member, wherein each framing member is configured to interlock with an immediately adjacent framing member of an immediately adjacent wall panel, and at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt.

 a plurality of interlocking wall panels secured to one another to for a wall section, each wall panel having a interior surface and an exterior surface and wherein a plurality of wall sections are secured together to form an interior space;   each of the wall panels having at least one framing member, wherein each framing member is configured to interlock with an immediately adjacent framing member of an immediately adjacent wall panel, and at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt.   
     
     
         32 . The wall system of  claim 31 , wherein at least one framing member is formed as an L-shape. 
     
     
         33 . The wall system of  claim 31 , wherein the framing members of each of the immediately adjacent wall panels that are interlocked together, are formed in a L-shape. 
     
     
         34 . The wall system of  claim 31 , wherein the at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt, is formed using a pierce and extrude manufacturing process. 
     
     
         35 . The wall system of  claim 31 , further comprising:
 a floor panel having a substantially planar surface and at least one perimeter portion of the floor panel being turned up, forming a turned up portion, wherein the turned up portion is attached to the interior surface of at least one wall panel.   
     
     
         36 . The wall system of  claim 31 , where each of the wall panels with their corresponding framing member, are formed as a single unitary piece. 
     
     
         37 . The wall system of  claim 31 , wherein at least one framing member is formed as an L-shape. 
     
     
         38 . The wall system of  claim 37 , wherein the framing members of each of the immediately adjacent wall panels that are interlocked together, are formed in a L-shape. 
     
     
         39 . The wall system of  claim 38 , wherein the at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt, is formed using a pierce and extrude manufacturing process. 
     
     
         40 . A wall system comprising:
 a plurality of interlocking wall panels secured to one another to form a wall section;   a floor panel having a substantially planar surface and at least one perimeter portion of the floor piece being turned up, forming a turned up portion, wherein the turned up portion is attached to an interior surface of at least one wall panel;   each of the wall panels having at least one framing member, wherein each framing member is configured to interlock with an immediately adjacent framing member of an immediately adjacent wall panel, and at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt.   
     
     
         41 . The wall system of  claim 40 , wherein at least one framing member is formed as an L-shape. 
     
     
         42 . The wall system of  claim 40 , wherein the framing members of each of the immediately adjacent wall panels that are interlocked together, are formed in a L-shape. 
     
     
         43 . The wall system of  claim 40 , wherein the at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt, is formed using a pierce and extrude manufacturing process. 
     
     
         44 . The wall system of  claim 40 , further comprising:

 a plurality of interlocking wall panels secured to one another to for a wall section;   each of the wall panels having at least one L-shaped framing member, wherein each L-shaped framing member is configured to interlock with the L-shaped framing member of an immediately adjacent wall panel, and at least one L-shaped framing member being formed having an embedded nut configured to receive a bolt.   
     
     
         51 . The wall system of  claim 50 , further comprising:
 a floor panel having a substantially planar surface and at least one perimeter portion of the floor panel being turned up, forming a turned up portion, wherein the turned up portion is attached to the interior surface of at least one wall panel.   
     
     
         52 . The wall system of  claim 50 , wherein the framing members of each of the immediately adjacent wall panels that are interlocked together, are formed in a L-shape. 
     
     
         53 . The wall system of  claim 50 , wherein the at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt, is formed using a pierce and extrude manufacturing process.

 a plurality of interlocking wall panels secured to one another to form a wall section, each wall panel having a interior surface and an exterior surface and wherein a plurality of wall sections are secured together to form an interior space;   a floor panel having a substantially planar surface and at least one perimeter portion of the floor piece being turned up, forming a turned up portion, wherein the turned up portion is attached to the interior surface of at least one wall panel;   each of the wall panels having at least one framing member, wherein each framing member is configured to interlock with an immediately adjacent framing member of an immediately adjacent wall panel, and at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt;   wherein the framing members of each of the immediately adjacent wall panels that are interlocked together, are formed in a L-shape;   wherein the at least one framing member being formed having an embedded nut to receive a bolt, is formed using a pierce and extrude manufacturing process;   wherein the floor panel having a substantially planar surface and at least one perimeter portion of the floor panel being turned up, forming a turned up portion, is formed as a single unitary piece; and   where each of the wall panels with their corresponding framing member, are formed as a single unitary piece.
