Structure reinforcement fabric

Abstract

A structure reinforcement fabric woven at a weft density in the range of 0.1-3 pcs/cm, comprises a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) yarn having a filament diameter in the range of 10-40 microns and a dtex value in the range of 900-4000, and a resin suitable for use with the fabric.

1 . A structure reinforcement fabric, the structure reinforced fabric is woven at a weft density in the range of 0.1-3 pcs/cm, comprising;
 a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) yarn having a filament diameter in the range of 10-40 microns and a dtex value in the range of 900-4000.   
     
     
         2 . The structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 1 , wherein the structure reinforced fabric is woven with at least one high ductility polymer from the polyolefin family. 
     
     
         3 . The structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 2 , further comprising a high ductility polymer which is Polyamide 6, Polyamide 66, polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polypropylene (PP), or polyethylene (PE). 
     
     
         4 . The structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 1 , wherein the structure reinforced fabric is woven in one direction. 
     
     
         5 . A resin for application suitable for use with the structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         6 . The resin for application according to  claim 5 , wherein the resin is an epoxy resin. 
     
     
         7 . The structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 2 , wherein the structure reinforced fabric is woven in one direction. 
     
     
         8 . The structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 3 , wherein the structure reinforced fabric is woven in one direction. 
     
     
         9 . A resin for application suitable for use with the structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 2 . 
     
     
         10 . A resin for application suitable for use with the structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 3 . cm  11 . A resin for application suitable for use with the structure reinforcement fabric according to  claim 4 .
