Wax containers

Abstract

The system and method for biodegradable packaging. A wax container comprising a body and a lid made of at least one natural wax. The wax container being biodegradable, sustainable, and renewable. The wax container being crack resistant and UV resistant. The wax container further comprising at least one biodegradable fiber within the at least one natural wax. The wax container being stable from about −40° F. to about 131° F. and having a Shore A hardness of about 40 to about 90.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A wax container, comprising:
 a body, comprising:
 an open end, configured to engage with a lid; 
 at least one sidewall; and 
 a closed end opposite the open end, wherein the body is formed of at least one natural wax. 
   
     
     
         2 . The wax container according to  claim 1 , further comprising a lid. 
     
     
         3 . The wax container according to  claim 2 , wherein the lid is configured to be threadedly engaged with the open end of the body. 
     
     
         4 . The wax container according to  claim 2 , wherein the lid is configured to engage with an inner surface of the open end of the body. 
     
     
         5 . The wax container according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one natural wax is one wax. 
     
     
         6 . The wax container according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one natural wax is stable from about −40° F. to about 131° F. 
     
     
         7 . The wax container according to  claim 1 , wherein the body further comprises at least one biodegradable fiber within the at least one natural wax. 
     
     
         8 . The wax container according to  claim 1 , wherein the body is crack resistant. 
     
     
         9 . The wax container according to  claim 1 , wherein the body is UV-resistant. 
     
     
         10 . A wax container, comprising:
 a lid; and   a body, comprising:
 an open end, configured to engage with the lid; 
 at least one sidewall; and 
 a closed end opposite the open end, wherein the body and lid is formed of at least one natural wax. 
   
     
     
         11 . The wax container according to  claim 10 , wherein the lid is configured to engage with an inner surface of the open end of the body. 
     
     
         12 . The wax container according to  claim 10 , wherein the at least one natural wax is one wax. 
     
     
         13 . The wax container according to  claim 10 , wherein the at least one natural wax is stable from about −40° F. to about 131° F. 
     
     
         14 . The wax container according to  claim 10 , wherein the body further comprises at least one biodegradable fiber within the at least one natural wax. 
     
     
         15 . The wax container according to  claim 10 , wherein the body is crack resistant and/or UV-resistant. 
     
     
         16 . The wax container according to  claim 10 , wherein the body has a Shore A hardness from about 50 to about 80. 
     
     
         17 . A method of using biodegradable packaging, comprising;
 filling a wax container with a substance; and   securing the wax container with a lid, wherein the wax container is formed of at least one natural wax.   
     
     
         18 . The method of using biodegradable packaging according to  claim 17 , wherein the at least one natural wax further comprises at least one biodegradable fiber within the at least one natural wax. 
     
     
         19 . The method of using biodegradable packaging according to  claim 17 , wherein the lid is configured to engage with an inner surface of an open end of the wax container. 
     
     
         20 . The method of using biodegradable packaging according to  claim 17 , wherein securing the wax container with a lid is threadedly engaging the lid with an open end of the wax container.
