Ball Launching Toy

Abstract

A ball launching toy, comprising: a base stand, a ball, a ball stand, and a launching mechanism. The ball stand is configured on the base stand. The launching mechanism is configured on the base stand to launch the ball. The ball has a fitting recess formed on an outer surface of the ball. The ball stand has a mountain shape. The ball stand includes a fitting projection on a top part thereof. The fitting projection projects upwardly. The fitting projection fits in the fitting recess when the ball is set on the base stand.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A ball launching toy, comprising:
 a base stand;   a ball;   a ball stand being configured on the base stand; and   a launching mechanism being configured on the base stand to launch the ball,   the ball having a fitting recess formed on an outer surface of the ball,   the ball stand having a mountain shape,   the ball stand including a fitting projection on a top part thereof,   the fitting projection projecting upwardly,   the fitting projection fitting in the fitting recess when the ball is set on the base stand.   
     
     
         2 . The ball launching toy according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the ball stand and the launching mechanism are movably configured relative to the base stand.   
     
     
         3 . The ball launching toy according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the ball stand further includes an annular flat part at the top part,   the fitting projection is configured at a center of the annular flat part, and   an edge of the fitting recess abuts the annular flat part when the fitting projection is in the fitting recess.   
     
     
         4 . The ball launching toy according to  claim 1 , further comprising
 a figure being in a shape of a human, wherein   the figure includes a striking unit being configured to strike the ball in order to launch the ball.   
     
     
         5 . The ball launching toy according to  claim 4 ,
 the figure includes a supporting leg fixed to the base stand, and a moving leg constituting the striking unit.   
     
     
         6 . The ball launching toy according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the supporting leg is configured to be rotatable around an axis of a part corresponding to a hip joint, and is movable between a rearward swing up position and a forward swing out position by rotating, and   the supporting leg is configured to be releasably locked in the swing up position in resistance to a prescribed urging force.   
     
     
         7 . The ball launching toy according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the moving leg includes a foot,   a tip of the foot includes an inclined surface inclining from an instep to an edge of the foot, where the instep is higher than the edge.
